Ulasan Holiday Inn Manchester - City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was lovely.The people at the front desk were friendly and warm and really helpful.The lady at the bar was also lovely and friendly.Every staff that we encountered at this hotel was lovely. The hotel has beautiful ambience and modern decor. The location of this hotel is super convenient as it’s very close to the city Center which by walking is about 6minutes.It is also close to the Manchester Picadilly train/tram station. The hotels location is also convenient to restaurants and a nice place called Spinningfield which is a 20 minute walk. We would stay again😊😊🙂

This stay was very good with an overall positive experience. The cleanliness was of a very good standard and the quality of the room and hotel was excellent. Proximity to transport links and locations of importance was very useful too.

Local is great with access to city hall in few mins walk with all big shops near by, Piccadilly station in 3 mins away, I came with my two girls not feel unsafe in hotel, overall good experience staff are joyful & helpful.

The location is great but I can’t say the same for housekeeping. Cups weren’t washed and some areas in the room were found to be unclean when we moved in on first day. Nevertheless, service by the staff was great. They were very helpful and polite.

Excellent location, 3 mins walk from train station at Piccadilly. Gym is spacious and a good selection of equipment. Buffet is good, but is expensive at £17.50, one of the most expensive at any hotel I have stayed at. Rooms are spacious and have good air conditioning
