Manchester City (Piccadilly)

Kami adalah sekelompok kolega dan mitra mengadakan reuni perguruan tinggi setelah lebih dari 50 tahun sejak lulus sebagai guru Kami harus mengubah tanggal karena covid-19 mempengaruhi beberapa peserta. Mengingat tanggal yang baru, kami juga harus mempersingkat masa inap dari 2 menjadi satu malam di tanggal yang baru. Saya tidak diberi pengembalian uang untuk tanggal yang dibatalkan tidak seperti yang lainnya. Hidangan makan malam ikan dan keripik yang banyak dipesan sangat buruk dan istri saya merasa tidak bisa dimakan. Dia memberi tahu staf menunggu saat itu. Pekerja mulai bekerja sebelum jam 8 pagi di lantai dua dan kebisingan pekerjaan bergema melalui lantai di atas tempat kami berada. Benar-benar tidak dapat diterima dan tidak peduli untuk para tamu Secara keseluruhan tinggal itu tidak menyenangkan dan saya akan menghindari tinggal di sana di masa depan.

Premier Inn Dale Street is top drawer. The Premier plus room is the best Premier Inn room I've stayed in. There's a nespreso machine and green & blacks chocolates. Everything is clean and tidy. Oshane on the reception desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Give it a try!

Arrived early but wasn’t able to check in, so we placed our luggage in a secure room. I’d paid extra for a twin room with two beds. After exploring Manchester and meeting friends for dinner we checked into the hotel at 2145. Upon entering our room, we had been put in a double room with one bed. This was really disappointing, but we were so tired we didn’t have the energy to try and be moved. In any case, the chances of getting the room we paid for at 2145 on a Saturday night were slim at best. I’d travelled with my son who is 30, so we felt a bit like Eric and Ernie! (For those who remember) We had an early start the next day, so didn’t have the chance to speak to a member of staff. £182 to stay for one night in a room that wasn’t suitable is poor.

Excellent location and close to picadilly. Hotel is very nice however staff let it down - not sure if this is because it is a city centre but they just dont seem to be interested in their guests which is a shame.

This Premier Inn is a very easy location, if you are coming down by the train, 4 minutes walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station. When arriving I was place in the wrong room, went to reception and was moved rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, there is a guess room on complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, ironing board, iron and clean towels. 7 minute walk to Piccadilly Gardens and 11 minute walk to Market Street. I really had a good night stay at this Premier Inn, would stay here again.

Perfect place to relax, everything you need for a basic night's stay. Lovely clean shower, amazing bed, really high off the floor and sooo comfy. Better than any bed I've had in a boutique hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! On arrival we were greeted and checked in was very easy but there was someone available to help if needed. We then made our way to our room which was a family room - 1 double and 2 singles. This was an adequate sized room. It was big enough for the 1 night we were staying. It was a clean modern room. We paid for breakfast on the morning and it was great - lots of choice and all fresh! Staff we very helpful and nothing was too much bother, always happy to help! The hotel is in an ideal location to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. We would use again!
