Room was so clean. Location was excellent. Only issue was we keep waking up due to the squeaky floors and the noise of footsteps from outside our room as it was so loud. However, it was a really nice place to stay for a holiday. Comfy room! Will come back! ✨⭐️

Ideal for short stays only as we got a small economy room without any windows (not a lot of ventilation). Very close to Picadilly and walkable to station, lots of supermarkets and shops around to visit.

I booked a single bedroom just for a night. Very affordable comparatively. Got free wifi and all other amenities. Luggage storage available for an extra 5 pounds. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The location is good, room is decent, but the noice control is really bad, I could hear loud music from the street even when I have my windows closed. Also at around 9am the fire alarm ran and scared me out from sleep. The hotel charged £5 for luggage storage but what really disappointed me was the attitude of one of those managers. I was kindly asking if they could at least give me some kind of proof saying that I was the only one staying in - cuz I need to claim my expenses and trying to make sure my expenses match with my itinerary. The receptionist was kind and trying to help, but one of those managers just appeared to be so rude, with her face pulled up and said that - oh we can’t do that cuz we are not sure how many people you have brought in. I think that’s an insult - they have cctv to monitor, I was staying only by myself. And, at least, if they can’t help they just say they can’t, what’s the point of saying things like that.

The window was not working well. So you can feel the wind getting in. Other than that, everything was great. Not as clean as you would want it but seeing the price, it's cool.

Our second visit to this hotel, we really enjoy the quietness also very clean and comfortable, we will visit the Gardens again soon

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed on the booking ask me if want room with windows 🪟 or without windows and price was different I chose the window one when I checked in at 1:10 in the morning the hotel staff told me I didn’t have any booking after lots of checking he gave me room and sad sorry want to my room and I was surprised 😦 by seeing the room and smell want down to let the hotel staff know but didn’t get the good response didn’t want to make a big deal out of that also wear very tired after a long journey but couldn’t sleep the whole night please doublecheck if do book the hotel and good luck 🤞 

A great location, clean, polite staff, good breakfast. It was exactly what I needed.

On January 29, 2025, I went to book a room for one night. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me in a rude manner to book online and did not care about any question I asked to help me. She started talking bullyingly with her other colleague at the reception. I was very tired, so I made the reservation. Otherwise, I would not have booked in this hotel that night. I hope that the hotel management officials will appoint people who will deal with the hotel guests with respect and courtesy.

Doesn’t look too good on the outside but much better inside. Room very basic but for the price, worth it. The carpet in the bedroom could do with a good hoover around the edges though and the bar should be open later than 10:30pm

Wasn't at all a pleasant stay,carpet stains,bedding got stains,noise from of the street, and then we had to pay for our case to be put behind the desk at a cost of £5,needless we won't be staying there again,,,

It’s lovely room and near city centre just beside Piccadilly garden.

My top choice in Manchester because of its location, close to the train / bus station, and surrounding shops and eateries. It has given me a pleasant surprise this time by waiving the luggage storage charges for storing our luggage’s (5 items) for an hour.
