Very good organization and kind staff. A wonderfully smelling and clear hotel. Varied and delicious food. Dessert MASTERS. Amazing and diverse animation program. Very good and FREE wireless internet coverage in the hotel and on the beach. A great place for a family holiday!

The AC doesn’t work properly. The days are hot and AC in our room doesn’t get below 26.5C So, if you get the room with poor AC, you would probably be stuck with it until the rest of your stay. That’s a risk to take. If you want your room cleaned and sheets changed you have to go to the lobby and let them know and that’s the only way you’d get your room cleaned. The reception staffed poorly, so people aren’t willing to listen to you and accommodate No complains about the food and the staff in the kitchen. They work hard and you can see it.

It was an amazing experience. Food is great, staff is friendly. I would also like to thank the administrative team who guided all the staff in the right way. (I would especially like to thank Ms. Eylul from the bar team for her excellent cocktails and friendly attitude.) If I get the price performance ratio again, I will come again without hesitation. An excellent service at this beautiful hotel. Also, Göksu and Elif on the guest relations are very kind. 😁 The service on the reception personally Esra help us to resolve different staffs very kindly and very fast! Thanks a lot. There are a lot of pools for the adults and for the children. There are very big diversity of tasty food! 🤤 And the animation and the concerts are very interesting! I recommend this hotel for a family!

I had an amazing trip here at Megasaray. The employees are great, nice and fun. They help you with everything. Especially Kaan was like a brother to me this Holiday. He made sure everyone was safe and was having a good time. With problems he would solve it immediatly so you can have a great vacation without being worried about anything. We went to clubs together with the people who like to party, played beach volleybal with everyone and they made sure everybody enjoyed their time. The rooms were great, good shower en a really nice minibar inside. Before I booked I was doubting about the rooms interior because of the reviews I saw, but the rooms are all renewed so it was the best of the best. So for everyone that is doubting about this I will take al worries away about it. Every night there are shows at the hotel, from singing to fireshows and karaoke. You don’t have to go outside the resort because everything is already taken care of. The food is insanely good, you can get different food everyday so you don’t get bored of it and I didn’t found anything I didn’t like. Long story short; It is a great place for family’s, couples or people that go solo. Well done Megasaray.

I want to tanks all of persons in Megasarsy Resort Side we enjoyed too much during staying hotel. Foods was really good. Housekeeper was good. And also reception and guest relations were excellent. Especially Melek, Göksu and Beytullah. they were very kind and helped us friendly.

Incredible experience. I really had a lot of fun, they are a lot of different activities for every ages so it’s nice for all the family. Entertainment team was so nice evening shows and live musics was also so much entertaining they are always smiling and trying their best and they are trying to meet everybody, especially I loved Kaan who was really kind and fun. He went with us to a Disco out of the hotel and it was an incredible memory I had too much fun. Looking forward to come back here 💃❤️

A nice hotel with a decent beach. The food was very good with a good selection and the a la carte menu at the fish restaurant was great! The bar staff at the pool and the beach were very friendly. Kaan one of the entertainment staff was particularly welcoming and friendly! He made our stay even more fun and was lovely to chat to in the evenings.
