"The accommodation in Manaus is OK. There were a few problems with the room card. It seemed that the magnetism was not enough and the door could not be opened. Later, we replaced it with a new one and it did not have any problems anymore. As for breakfast, it was OK. There were no vegetables for us, and there were none in Sao Paulo. There were fruits, and the waiter made fried eggs and so on. Now when I'm on a business trip, they don't ask them to clean the room, so I have no experience of room service. I also went to the rooftop swimming pool, it’s small but okay."

"The environment: I'm not sure why, but after turning on the air conditioning, the hotel's AC unit seemed to dry out the floor, making it quite damp. The hotel's location is good, with many great restaurants nearby. I don't really remember the hotel breakfast; I assume it was pretty standard. In my month in Manaus, only two hotels had memorable breakfasts, and the Mercure wasn't one of them, haha."
