"The location and views are really good. However, we were guaranteed a King Bed when booking and the app says King Bed. Even the hotel reservation computer in the lobby showed 1 bed. But when we got there there were 2 small beds, not suitable for a couple at all. The front desk then said there were no more King rooms available, the next day they moved the 2 small beds together which was an attempt to fix things. Also, from 09:00 until 15:00 there were loud construction noises. The front desk told us there are private room owners who can do construction, very terrible for sleep. Breakfast was really nice as was the swimming pool."

"To start off with the Seringal Hotel is a lovely place to stay, with beautiful rooms, comfy beds, and amazing food. Their tea and breakfast spread is amazing and absolutely delicious. They have a great omlette and sandwich station where you are served by the kindest staff. The staff and management of the Seringal Hotel have really gone above and beyond for us and our travel companions. They have been so incredibly helpful at every change in plans and did everything they could to help our group when of us got sick. We would especially like to compliment Diego and Rodrigo who were invaluable, kind, and went above and beyond to assist our ill companion. In addition, we would like Vitoria, Camilla, and Daniel who went out of their way to help us shuffle around reservations during the unexpected changes in plans. All of the above and the entire staff were incredibly kind and genuine and would ask every day how our friend was doing. We have never felt so welcomed and cared for at any hotel in the world and I will be absolutely recommending the Seringal and their staff to anyone and everyone who is going to Manaus."

"I do not recommend! The beautiful photos are not comfortable rooms, one towel for both the body and face, probably the owner also dries himself at home. There is no hot drinking water, you have to go to a nearby cafe for it. My photos are attached! The tiles in the room are cracked, the window in the shower is rusty, empty plates for breakfast! But you can always beg for scrambled eggs."
