Very nice hotel , its located in great location , you can see the bay throw your room , ots quiet and 5 star furnished rooms , the check in team are fast and helpfull , i thanks mr.ali , bahraini citizen who works in the hotel for his kindness .. Very nice hotel and the price also is the best I recomend this hotel for families..

還算可以，房間內不讓抽煙，大堂很小。 雖是服務公寓，但鍋碗瓢盆啥的房間裏是沒有的，還需要打電話讓服務員拿，拿來之後電磁爐居然沒通電，總閘沒開。。。。 稀奇古怪的。。。 反正肯定達不到5星的標準

It was my first time to stay in one of the Fraser Suites facilities and I must say that it was a memorable, relaxing and pleasant experience. The staff and service provided at Fraser Suites Bahrain were excellent. The room is very well-maintained, and the facilities provided are all very good and useful. All were already provided on the first day of check-in like water dispenser with full bottle, ironing board and iron, detergent for the washing machine among the usual items found in a hotel room. The lobby is very beautiful as well especially decorated during Ramadan time. It provided a comfortable feeling that just sitting there is so relaxing. Another nice touch that I saw was the hand-written messages on the lift doors. It was written using colorful pens that it lifts your mood when you see it. The message that I saw one time was 'Today, you're amazing" and it was truly great seeing that message. It made me smile and I even took photos. The food is excellent as well. Quality, quantity, presentation and taste are all very good. Most importantly, the staff are very helpful, accommodating and courteous. They always go the extra mile whenever I make a request. Special mention to their Operations Manager, Ms. Jennifer, who was very friendly, amiable and accommodating. She even gave my colleague and I Iftar treat at their restaurant. She made sure that our stay was comfortable, and all our needs are taken care of. Anissa, the lovely and sweet lady from the restaurant, always has the ready-smile and warm greetings whenever she brought breakfast into my room. She was also very accommodating whenever I requested for something extra or different from the set menu. Dipankar, who cleaned and maintained my room whenever I leave for office provided excellent service as well. The room was cleaned very well and the supplies always replenished. He even provided heart/swan towel arrangement that was very pretty. I will recommend to family and friends visiting Bahrain to stay at Fraser Suites for a very relaxing, comfortable and lovely stay.

The suite I got was amazing - spacious, comfortable and always kept clean. The view is breathtakingg and the staff are very nice. They helped me a lot with my breakfast as I go to work at 6:15 am while they start at 6:30, so they accommodated me by bringing my breakfast at 5:45.

Fraser Suites Diplomatic Area provided the perfect experience for Uprizing Events Management. The entire staff was exceptional – a special shoutout to Genie for her amazing support during the booking process and to Faisal from the on-grounds team for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities excellent, and our requests were always met with a smile. If you're visiting Bahrain, I highly recommend Fraser Suites!

Wonderful stay. Enjoyable unforgettable experience for kids over a weekend. Tried the swimming pool & service provided by lifeguard Fahd was 5 stars. Tried the in room dining and in Resturant dining & both had variety of choices & excellent service Receptionist was supportive and friendly & Aarati specifically went out of her way to make sure everything went perfect. She upgraded our stay and went by herself with us to welcome us to the penthouse.

The employee, Fahd, is a beautiful and polite person. He served me excellently and made me visit the swimming pool constantly because of the very excellent and unique service. It is worth visiting repeatedly.
