Right from booking till departure we had Overall Wonderful experience in Renest river county resort. The location is near to private bus stand which is walkable. The Mall road is 15 mins away. The rooms are cozy centrally heated with all weather AC. The breakfast spread was good and staff was keen to serve. Mr Aman from front desk made our reservation and check in smooth. They also has wood fire Pizza in house which was awesome. Will again visit this place .

Too good experience...live music,food,hospitality, rooms,all are 5 star ..Manager Mr sumeet is a real gem.. kind,soft spoken,ready to guide and help.Just like a family member..take care of your needs and try to cater personally..whole staff is so humble and smiling always..such a great property ...greenery and beautiful flowers everywhere .serene atmosphere..must visit..

I stayed at renest for 4 days with 10 other people in 4 rooms. The most I can say is that everyday was perfect. The staff is very very friendly, always ready to assist in all kinds of queries. Even in the BUFFET the staff was constantly making sure that the guests get everything they want. One think I really liked while dining was I never had to ask for anything they were constantly offering food and other stuff. The parking area staff helped in everything. I even got my car washes while the stay. I will suggest this hotel to everyone who goes to Manali.

The staff was excellent. The place was very centrally located. I had a beautiful view from my window. Please do something about your mattresses. Overall a good experience. Will definitely recommend to other friends about how great my experience was

Very poorly managed hotel Smelly rooms They are overcharging extra taxes Gst on food is 5% They are charging 18% No response for complaints They dont even have properly trained staff Their lift is very ill maintained very scary to use Worst experience ever

It was a very nice experience overall. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The view from the window was itself a soothing sight in such torrid summer conditions. The Fish & Chips dish from their restaurant is worth mentioning for its taste and portion.

It's was such a lovely experience. I had my birthday and they had a beautiful set up done for me in my room. Ms. Mahima was the one gave me this wonderful surprise. Also would like to say Mr. Nishant was very helpful and got everything done for us.

I had an excellent stay at Renest River Country Resort with My family . The room was exceptional, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly cooperative and always ready to assist with a smile. In the evening, we enjoyed live music, which added a delightful touch to the experience. The ambience of the hotel was perfect, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommended!
