Positive side:
There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there.
TV functions well.
Three mirrors including one in the bathroom.
There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels.
Got air conditioner n fan.
Negative side:
The room was quite small for triple.
The double and single bed were combined togetherđ.
The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere âšď¸.
Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them.
No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor.

Stayed for 1 night, and this is the 3rd time since before the pandemic, the location is very strategic, there are lots of halal food, the service is okay, the facilities are okay, the cleanliness is also okay, it's just a shame the room is narrow for praying facing the Qibla is difficult.

Right smack in the jonker street so itâs great for shopping. Not so great is once the market starts operating, cars cannot enter so youâll need to walk a distance from the main road if youâre taking grab. Otherwise, rooms are a little old and paint are peeling so itâs quite rundown. Exterior of the hotel looks ok though.

We stayed at Hatten Hotel in Malacca and found it super convenientâright in the middle of everything, from shopping malls to historical spots. Our room was spacious and comfy, with great views over the harbour . The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, and the rooftop bar was a real highlightâfabulous city views at sunset to end the day and great views at night. We found the staff and service very responsive. Great spot for a short city break and good value for money.

Have all the amenities except hair dryer (supposed in the room but was not there when we check in) and iron need to request from front desk.
The bedsheet has yellow & grey stains.
Towel looks old.
Front desk staff is friendly.
Overall, it is still a good experience to stay in.

The check in wasnt that smooth. We need to wait til almost 5pm to get the QR code. The unit is quite spacious. Since we up at 12th floor and last unit, the open window at the service yard, the sound of howling winds give me a bit creep. Felt like someone banging on the door. But i really enjoy the view from the balcony.

Hi, we taught had booked a hotel room at Grandeur Hotel & Spa but end up with a shoplot rooms wt a different budget hotel under same management so called âAvaria Hotelâ. Its just a queen size bedroom provided not as booked room earlier, don't have lift only staircase to 2nd flr so get ready to carry your heavy luggage & pls purchase mineral botol since u have to walk downstairs to refill fr waterfilters provided, bedsheets looks quite old but ok clean... Just nice for a night stay, bathroom is ok wt hot shower filter, nearest food restaurants & a strategic place to city centre

Outstanding
NN6Amazing stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. For someone whoâs big on cleanliness, this place was spotless. Towels prepared for guests by the pool and in the gym, very thoughtful! Breakfast was good, and the location is really convenient. Itâs about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street, or you can grab a ride for less than RM6. Highly recommend this place!

And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly.
However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay.
On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operatorâŚ. And he said sorry⌠worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign.
Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.

Cleanliness was great... I love the room, spacious.. toilet was clean.. but no big mirror..only inside the toilet.
The bed was comfy.. amenities were complete... Towel, toiletries.. fridge, tv programs...and also umbrellas... Love it..
Worth my money, only you will face difficulty to find a parking...but it is possible to get good parking..

Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood.
Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel.
Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.

KKeenakittyWe booked 2 superior double rooms on 19- 21 March 2025. We stayed at level 2 (highest floor).
Location : The hotel is located conveniently about 5 mins walk from the Jonkers street.
Amenities: The room is equipped with basic hotel items such as bathroom towel, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste set, refrigerator, hairdryer, bedroom slipper. Very spacious shower area. It does not come with face towel so bring yours if you need it. Only 2 hangers given, but okay with us. The aircon had some vibration sound. We called the front desk and they quickly responded by sending someone up to check on the aircon.
Parking: The hotel provides complimentary parking lots and there were plenty of lots in there.
Checkout was fast.
Generally pleased with the price we paid. May book again.

FFionIt is located behind Hatten hotel. The hotel lobby is located at Level 3 of the building, it is quite troublesome to get to their hotel lobby. You need to drive your car to their carpark which is located between Level 4 to Level 6. Then take the carpark lift to Level 3 and walk along a long corridor with all closed red shops with Baba nyonya concepts to reach their hotel lobby. After that, you need to use hotel lift to go to your hotel room floor.
Despite of this trouble getting between carpark and hotel lobby, the hotel lobby and hotel room are considered good to me.
