Always good to stay at serviced apartment with family. Will be back again if I come back with family. Also has outdoor swimming pool great for kids!

Stuff is helpful. Hotel is very old.

The photos online are far from what it looks like now, clearly older photos. Far from what I expected when I booked it for the price they charge. All the staff are absolutely amazing and were very polite, helpful and cheerful. Iv stayed at much nice apartments in makati for less costs and much more cleaner and not outdated. Doors are falling apart, fire detector was handing from the ceiling, bathroom glass and tiles are not as clean and old and look nothing like the fresh modern photos on their advertising for the property, the kitchen bench top is very old and painted black and looks horrible, for the price I paid i expected higher standards. Location and staff are the high points

2 bedroom suite, clean but the carpeting already smelled of molds probably because of its age, comfortable beds, great service 👍

It was old and sometimes smelled near the window. But the service was satisfying.

Dirty and mouldy carpet. Not good for travellers who have allergies. Also, the guard on duty took me 15 minutes to enter their parking area even though I presented my booking confirmation.

Very Good Experince - the rooms had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the service and assistance of Matt and Joanne who were at the front desk on Manday afternoon (25 March). Not to forget Buddy and all his K9 staff. All the staff were really helpful - Sorry we can’t remember all the Names.

the staff service at the hotel was excellent, the location Makati is in city, though the interior design is not modern

Had a fun time with family when we checked in few months ago plus the hotel is a pet friendly which makes it perfect! The staffs was really nice and accommodating especially Kuya Benjo. Thank you so much Somerset hotel for a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back 💖

Extended my stay for another day after a week of meetings to relax at the pool and enjoy the malls and the two weekend markets that's held on Saturday and Sunday. The Legaspi park nearby also meets my fitness activities as an alternative to the Hotel's well equipped gym. Noted that there is a smoking area just beside the coin operated laundrette.

good hotel .. worth the price

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I feel Reasonable rates and services they provided. I think every other condition was okay too to stay at this hotel for business propose.
