The hotel looks great for the price, and the pool and roof deck areas have amazing views of the city. The hallways and elevators do not have aircon and are super hot. The rooms are a great size and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The internet is not great and they come around to clean the room at 5pm at night.

The place is amazing and it's close to some really good restaurant and their food is also good

What I really liked about our stay here was the room size and the appliances available, even the drinking water is provided! The staff service was good as well.

Had an amazing stay at Citadines! The hotel is strategically located just 10mins walk away from Greenbelt malls! The Corned Beef rice for breakfast was a perfect start to the day!

Location and breakfast is good. But the water is not hot for shower and no hot water if taking shower over 10 minutes. The toliet is humid there is no fan , there are humid bugs in shower.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I love the proximity of the hotel to the Greenbelt area

enjoyed my stay at the hotel- the room was large and bed was comfortable. service crew was also great - the room was tidy everyday when service was requested. they also provided a huge canister of water in place of plastic water bottles for sustainability efforts. free breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about. would have appreciated air conditioning in the lifts and corridors!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Citadines Benavidez. The staff at the front desk was excellent. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a small stain on the bathroom floor mat. One disappointment was the hotel's policy of not allowing drinks by the pool, even if purchased from the hotel restaurant. The view from the rooftop pool was beautiful, and it would have been great to enjoy a drink while taking it in. Perhaps the hotel could consider allowing guests to bring drinks purchased on-site to the pool area. Shoutout to the concierge team! 💕

We needed to late check-in due to our flight schedule and even It was in the middle of the night it was still a smooth process. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym and of course how close it was to greenbelt. The doormen were also very attentive to their guests. Breakfast was great as well, there were many options to choose from. There was only a mixed up with the description on this app vs. what was really the standard at the hotel. All inclusive doesn’t mean all meals but all inclusive of complimentary breakfast, wifi and parking. Their hotel character’s Tami and the gang was really cute, if ever I pass by the hotel I might get them, hopefully. Overall a very enjoyable stay for our family and a perfect place to catch up rest.

I really enjoyed my stay their rooms are excellent, housekeeping are awesome, their receptionist and workers are polite and respectful. The only thing is they work on their internet service and tv programs. I would love to visit once again.
