Wifi tidak stabil, dan saya harus bekerja selama menginap di sana. Mereka memang memberikan solusi, namun koneksi masih belum stabil. Saya minta perlengkapan mandi, tapi sampo tidak tersedia. Saya hampir ingin pindah ke tempat lain jika saya tidak sibuk dengan pekerjaan dan mendapat banyak klien saat itu.

Wifi hampir tidak ada karena Anda akan terputus setelah 1 menit. Sarapannya lumayan. AC berisik.

Overall is satisfied with my accommodation budget. Here I listed 3 advantages and disadvantages. Advantage: 1. The room is really a classic design and the staff is really nice & helpful. 2. Bath tub is really a bonus with this pricing. 3. The location is nearby the pub & bar area in Makati and there is many restaurant with walking distance. There is also some good massage place with walking distance as well. Disadvantage: 1. The air conditioning is really an old school version and it is not really cooling the room even the max fan speed + 16 deg Cel. The room noise insulation is not really good as you can hear the door open/close from your neighbors rooms. 2. Due to it is located near the pub and bar area, the environment is not really kids friendly. Definitely is not a problem if you are an adult. 3. The breakfast is not a buffet style and you only can order one set main course + coffee or tee. Juice and water is free flow. However the breakfast is quite nice.

Pros- Cosy Comfortable Hotel, easily one of the best in the area. Cons- Front reception staff in serious need of skills upgrading and courtesy. Completely inflexible and inconsiderate to guests needs and comfort. One example Booked a room with breakfast for 2.... Refused to serve second breakfast. As one occupant could not make it , hotel cited guest must be present! And to make matters worse refused to serve a 2nd cup of coffee ( which was allowed) saying I had ordered tea earlier I can only order tea!! When I objected , then was served. Completely oblivious to guests being welcome. Shocking. Only in the Phillipines.!

Nice and clean hotel. What I liked most was the ambiance and the concept itself of the whole hotel. Love it . Hope to comeback one day soon.

Generally we like the hotel and its interior deco. It is really beautiful and amaze. Perhaps the quality of beds and curtain could be improved for better in room experience.

The concerns which should be improve & addressed asap, are 1) Key cards shall be functional/upgraded, 2) Bathtub has a crack at room 208. But overall assessment is excellent for us who are used to to lived in Makati City for a long time.

Comfortable and safe hotel (it looks like a five star hotel) with nice, helpful and accommodating staff. Some (minor?) issues such as a blackout curtain which you can only close 2/3 of the way (rendering it useless, why???), a chiller instead of a true small fridge, and most serious issue (for me) is a lack of a swimming pool! Breakfast was far better a few years ago (when I first stayed here). I will gladly book this hotel again (in spite of the shortcomings).

Overall good hotel but yet again problems with wifi

Amazing facility, breakfast is perfect! staff are very well trained and hospitable. Highly recommended. The ambiance is very aesthetic.
