Ulasan Feiyang Guesthouse

Fasilitas: Ada dapur lengkap dan kulkas, AC sudah tua dan kadang bocor, ada mesin cuci, tidak ada tempat untuk menjemur, hanya bisa dijemur di dalam kamar. Kebersihan: Lantai 1 lembab dan agak busuk, ada bau aneh di kamar, ada kecoa, kusen jendela tertutup debu (saya tidak berani membuka jendela), kamar mandi terlalu kecil, tidak ada tempat menjemur handuk, banyak nyamuk di lantai 1, dan saya menginap disana satu malam, amplop merah besar, lihat gambar Lingkungan: Masyarakat cukup sepi, ada tangga di lantai satu, namun langkah kaki orang lain yang naik ke atas lebih keras. Pelayanan: Sikap pelayanan pelanggan cukup baik. Ketika mereka melaporkan ada bau aneh di kamar, mereka segera meminta bibi untuk datang dan mengurusnya. Mereka menyemprotkan banyak pengharum ruangan. Pemiliknya juga baik dan mengizinkan check-in lebih awal. Keunggulan: Sekitar 1 kilometer dari rumah sakit, tempat tidur besar, cocok untuk keluarga, Kekurangan: Kamar berada di lantai satu, lembab dan kondisi sanitasi buruk, disarankan untuk memilih lantai yang lebih tinggi sebisa mungkin

Barangnya kurang sesuai, saya pesan 72 meter persegi, satu ranjang 1,8 meter dan satu ranjang 1,5 meter. Saat saya check in, saya menemukan keduanya memiliki tempat tidur berukuran 1,5 meter, dan suite besar seluas 72 meter persegi berubah menjadi rumah kecil seluas lebih dari 40 meter persegi. . . WARNING! Landlady will not return deposit unless you give her a 5 star rating! The location of the booking is not accurate. It does indicate the area, but not the specific apartment. After we called the landlady she immediately offered us a “free upgrade” for the inconveniences she caused. The apartment was in a bad condition, the toilet had issues and there were no towels. We are not too picky, so we made the best out of it. However, after our checkout she asked us to give her a 5 star rating. Since we did not want to lie, we decided not to give her a rating. When we asked her when we will receive the deposit back she said after she receives proof of our 5 star rating. Otherwise she will keep the deposit. Then she insisted that the “upgrade” is only free with the rating. When I complained to customer service, she claimed that my friends and I refused to check into our original booking because it was too high (6th floor). In reality, she never let us check into it and never mentioned paid upgrade or the condition. Furthermore, the “upgraded” accommodation was also on the 4th floor, which we didn’t mind. We don’t know where the original booking would have been but it was not consistent with the address provided in the first place and we neither refused to check in nor minded the 6th floor. Not that it was mentioned in the booking. Originally we did not want to leave a review, as it wouldn’t have been positive, but seeing how she threatens us to keep our 300 RMB deposit which is almost the price of the accommodation, we decided to leave an honest review to help other potential guest from not getting scammed. It could be that this accommodation got good reviews from other guests because they gave into the threats and eventually just wanted to get their deposit back.

Room was ok but bathroom was very dirty, I would not recommend Soaps provided were old, and some people in the morning came into the room to do a visit??? They opened the door without our permission while we were sleeping This happened 2 times during our trip

With kitchen and washing machines. Two bed rooms with two queen size beds. Good place for stay of 4 people. We were 1 adult and 3 kids. Had enough space for us.

Great location - near to mrt, has stores and food nearby, close to the center and if necessary convenient to go to Expo as well (direct line MRT). Friendly and helpful host, helped us to upgrade room for free.

衞生：居家感很好，基本滿足家庭生活 環境：周邊超市，醫院，地鐵便利 服務：客服服務很耐心 設施：2居室滿足做飯，休息，洗澡，很有家的感覺。

房間很整潔沒有異味設施很齊全，特別是熱水器是燃氣熱水器不用擔心洗着洗着水不熱了。遇到問題客服及時回覆給解決。

房間離醫院走路十來分鐘，房間乾淨整潔，周遭環境安靜。老闆還給免費升級，來看病值得推薦。

老闆很熱心，急遊客的需要。有電梯，交通方便，到腫瘤醫院和中山醫院都很近。周邊吃飯非常方便，價格不貴。

房間大，服務周到，去醫院檢查身體方面，安靜。

房間住的環境真的是沒的説，設備齊全，應有盡有，服務也非常熱情，值得推薦

床大，房間寬敞。
