Poor services, feels unmotivated, room is very confusing especially bathroom designs.

Excellent hotel, great price includes lovely buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds and super soft linen. Water pressure in shower was good. Nice quick & quiet elevators. Nothing bad to say at all.

Makassar is probably my least favourite place to visit in Indonesia. Having stayed at various hotels in Makassar, I must say that this is the best - hence my return. However, do not take the entry level rooms - no bath tub for example. Much more comfort in the higher graded rooms - worth the additional amount. Nice breakfast. A lot of sales banter on arrival to take a higher grade room, but the cost difference would be calculated on rack rate which is less than optimal for the customer.

The hotel was good. The staff very helpful. An easy access to the mall although the mall a bit empty. I like the room but the twin bed a bit to small. I maybe will stay at this hotel again

The location is very strategic, near Losari beach. good hotel, clean and good service. The breakfast choices are quite large and delicious
