Not quite close to the Mainz city center, but 10 mins walk + use of trams from train station is just acceptable. A bit dark inside the room. Very traditional type of key. Breakfast included but I leave early, so no chance to take it.

Overall the experience was good with clean room and facilities.

The rooms are becoming more and more spartan: the air conditioning is gone (heating only), the coffee makers are gone, the refrigerators are gone ... only the breakfast remains at a high level. The attitude of the staff at the reception ranges from warmly welcoming to grossly indolent.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, can't ask for much more. The location is a bit out of the way, but that's what I get for travelling on a budget.

It was fine for our one-night stay.

Was very disappointed it's 4 stars hotel my boss blame me saud what's this very poor to hold mattress it's horrible and small.
