Lokasi bagus untuk Kastil Leeds. Staf yang ramah dan efisien. Sarapan memiliki banyak pilihan. Sayangnya hotel ini cukup tua, tanpa AC di kamar yang panas dan pengap. Meja di kamar juga terlalu kecil untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan nyaman. Nilai tidak besar mengingat harga.

The weather was very cold but the hotel was nice and warm in all areas

Really dated rooms and the corridors smelt of cigarette smoke. Run down and dated rooms. Needs a facelift. Very good breakfast and good staff.

We had a lovely 2 day getaway between Chris**as and New year which was really good.
The staff were amazing, the bed was a king size, very clean and spacious room.
We also used the pool and spar which topped the visit off feeling refreshed for the new year.

This hotel is old and tired. Beds not comfortable, lighting not working, shower not hot and walls paper thin so very noisy when trying to sleep. Breakfast very average with small selection.

Well located for us, we were visited by our family who enjoyed the pool and spa'
Food was good with great service.
The Hotel is a little tired with some maintenance issues.
The staff were most helpful to make our stay very comfortable.
