Perfect place to stay. Really loved a lot.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

I stayed at the hotel for work found the hotel very clean rooms are suitable for what needed I found the staff helpful and always happy to help with any question I had , Terence stood out as he is also happy and ready to assist me in anything I need I will be staying again

Good value (if you book at the right time) for a short no fuss stay, with good comfort and facilities. Free parking, friendly staff, so all good.

Very convenient place to stay for the town centre for a night out. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel because we were attending a birthday bash in the evening. Terence, on arrival at the reception, made us feel welcome and he was very helpful. It was great that on our return late that night we were able to have drinks at the bar, and the night staff, Danny and Cameron, were friendly. We had a good night sleep as the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was powerful and hot. In the morning, we were welcomed with a smile by Christine and Sarah. To end our stay, we decided to have a breakfast which was cooked well and had plenty of choice. Overall an excellent stay and we will definitely return.

This particular travelogue was exceptional. Every member of staff was friendly, cheerful and exceeding helpful. Members went out of their way to accommodate my needs and make me feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. But I must, if asked, single out Terence the ‘Dinosaur’ who went above and beyond. The first day I came here, I received a warmth reception from the receptionist. I came earlier than expected so it wasn’t yet time to check in. I had to go for a training so I asked the receptionist if she could keep my luggage for me until I return from the training and she helped me out. I really appreciated that nice gesture. I have been here for five consecutive weeks with the exception of weekends and I love the rooms I was get. The rooms are very neat and clean. I love the food. The staff are very professional and friendly especially Terrance and Canne.
