비행기가 취소되어 야간에 급히 예약한 곳인데, 이용하기 편하고 방도 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 화장실이 매우 넓었고, 방도 무척 넓었습니다.

The breakfast service staff was very lovely and helpful. They were extremely friendly and sweet to me and my Friends. They even offered us customised food options that were available for breakfast.The food was really delicious too. Had an amazing stay with Premier Inn Maidenhead.

We were made so welcome from the moment we walked in. Elvis was manning the desk and quickly checked us in. Breakfast, as always, is a great spread - perfect for the varied taste of our kids, and they ate free! Thanks to Chris who was so hospitable during breakfast, and accommodating of our every ask.

The customer service was really top notch, kitchen staff especially Chris was top . General service was awesome !! Me and wifey wil definitely visit again. He was really helpful because we had some little difficulties but he made it so easy for us to settle in and have breakfast

We were in the area to visit some of the Merlin attractions and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was comfortable and the room plenty big enough for a family of 4. Excellent service in the mornings at breakfast from Chris and many of the other staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the hairdryer in our room and it was replaced quickly. No parking on site, which is probably the only downside but we were aware of this when booking. Great location otherwise and a 20 minute walk takes you to the river Thames where there are some nice restaurants. Maidenhead town centre had a lot to offer also with some nice restaurants.

Staff just ignore you and lock you out of the hotel! Avoid at all costs, 25 minutes the buzzer and alarm was going off for and staff not responding, 12pm at night, ended up pulling a fire exit to get in and guess what, 2 staff members appear, how convenient! Clearly just ignoring the very loud entrance notification and flashing lights!

Clean and tidy room. Excellent staff. The meals deal options are excellent. Staff for breakfast were fast and efficient. Dinner team provided room service, something I have never experienced in another premier inn. In addition, iron and fan also provided upon request

We have been staying at this hotel for over two months now and the experience here has been nothing short of perfect. All of the staff are amazing (Chris, Angel, Teena, Sahil, Raees and Klaudia, just to name a few), helping us with every problem we have. Whether it's asking us how our day was, always having keys ready or assisting us in booking the hotel for another night, they all are exception and a huge part of what makes the hotel so amazing. Breakfast there is delicious, the hotel is always clean and tidy, and the rooms (believe me, we've stayed in quite a few) are all great. Would definitely recommend.

My laptop was stolen from the drawer. When I reported it was missing nothing was done to try to find out who had done it. No way of knowing who the manager is or who to talk to about this. Staff seemed to think "these things happen". Don't stay here - you will get robbed.
