Hotel staff seems quite professional in this 3 floor rooms and 4 th dormitory mini halls exists. Being a center of city, tariff per night USD 45+ may be justified from their end but at par with same, renovations required in every area of hospitality."

When we complained, they told us to vacate and leave at 4 am. There was no hot water either. This place is a scam and no one should book a room here."
