Hotel Madrid Chamberi

Hotel was in a great location for everything in Madrid. Description of hotel states it has a bar and restaurant, whilst itbis true that they have these, neither are in operation and have not been for over 2 years, according to Hotel staff. If like us you like a nightcap after a long day walking around the City, do not stay here!

My stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, placing me right in the heart of the vibrant city, allowing easy access to all the must-see attractions. The service was impeccable - the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the Club Lounge experience; the exquisite service and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Madrid.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient. Room : spacious Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties. Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.

Great choice of hotel, well located, quiet and quiet place, clean and very pleasant hotel. Clean and smellful accommodation 😊 I didn't ask for breakfast, I can't say anything. The gym is very complete although a little small but it gave to the daily training, even because the 1st choice was for the gym, but it is certainly worth the whole hotel. Very sympathetic care too 😊 I will certainly come back.

Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. It was not cleaned. Waiting for the waiter to open the night bed, I asked for cleaning. In the evening, I went to the small garden to rest, and I ordered a glass of champagne. The waiter actually used a glass of water-filled glass (estimated to be washed and not dried) and poured champagne directly to me, hehe! The next day, the children will sleep more than 7 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the children's bed and the quilt are inexplicably wet. Later I went to the front desk and asked them to make better bedding. Very hurt. In such a good location, the rest of the hotel is very good, it is a sanitary situation, it is unacceptable.

I would like to express my complete satisfaction following my stay at the NH Madrid Zurbano hotel. This establishment is simply incredible, both for the quality of its facilities and for its warm and refined atmosphere. I would also like to make a special mention to the receptionist who welcomed us upon our arrival. Her kindness, professionalism and smile perfectly launched our experience. She was able to meet all our expectations with great attention and kindness, which is rare and deserves to be highlighted. I highly recommend this hotel and will not fail to return during my next visit to Madrid. Thank you to the whole team for this memorable stay!

Great location next to the metro stop and walking distance to restaurants and bars in Chueca neighborhood and to Gran Via. Hotel Avani Alonso Martínez combines the heritage of a classic building, the facade boasts the majestic style of Madrid glorious era and the interior has a young and fresh vibe with neon lights and curated design. The room is spacious and comfortable, I appreciate the detail of providing a yoga mat, it allowed me to enjoy a morning yoga practice in my own room to kick start the day.

The room was very clean, and everything worked correctly, they cleaned it every day so it was luxurious, highly recommended!!!

I’m extremely fussy traveller and this place tick all the boxes. Above all, it is Hotel that is friendly to English speaking countries. I highly rate this hotel and should I return to Madrid again; it will be the “go to hotel” for me! Oh there’s one more thing, it’s not far from all places of attractions; you can get to these places by foot (example Prado Museum) or by taxi that cost no more than 10€.

Room was a bit stuffy as we were the top floor, but overall the hotel was super nice and the service was top notch. The rooms facing inward have a cool view of the glass ceiling that lets light in with two glass elevators. Clean rooms and prime location for sightseeing in Madrid.
