Everything perfect, new clean and well furnished apartment equipped with everything you need. Simple check in and check out. If we want to look for a possible area of ​​improvement, an iron could be useful, especially for those traveling for work.

Do not stay during weekends or holidays because there is a club in the basement and whole building is vibrating and you can hear loud music. I was staying on 6th floor and couldn’t sleep for 3 nights, I can only imagine how bad it must be on lower floors.

Brand new property. Good service from staff when available. Complex / long self check in process.

Great stay

To even get into the bld u have to stand on street with all your bags and wait for customer service to answer your call get your name info and then buzz u in, as i was waiting, a vagrant was smoking 3 ft away and the smoke was blowing in my face, and the wind and it was cold, finally i got in, and the lobby has bits of food all over floor here and there, it was not really a hotel and not really a lobby as there was no receptionist just two screens, it took 3 calls and 35 minutes with phone call to customer service to get thru the process and u had to type in all the details all over again, passport expire date etc, very tedious and time consuming, they would not open the room til 3pm via an email to u, so that email came about 3.05pm and got to room and settled by 330pm so entire afternoon is lost, there is no where for them to store bags so u have to sit with the bags, there is no handy handout sheet of paper explaining anything like the fact, in any case the room is clean quiet, the important thing is there is no way i would call this a hotel, more and more some of the booking sites are using these quasy housing units and calling them a hotel, its a degradation of the language, i would say its a difference from a hotel, its what it is.

Apartamento muy nuevo, moderno, limpio, equipado, sofá cama fácil de sacar, habitación de matrimonio genial. Las consignas para dejar el equipaje un servicio excelente. Fuimos dos parejas y quedamos encantados. Si le tengo que poner un pero es que está un pelín retirado del centro. Totalmente recomendable.

El apartamento estaba limpio y tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas eran suaves. La cama muy cómoda y el sofá cama también. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Madrid, cerca del centro. Te dejan un kit de limpieza con una cápsula de lavadora y otra para lavavajillas

Nos encantó, fuimos para una noche y todo genial. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. Todo muy nuevo, la cama muy cómoda, cuando llegamos estaba la calefacción encendida, asi que no pasamos nada se frio.Hay parking cerca y aunque nos tuvieron que anular la reserva del parking, encontramos otro cerca e igual de precio.
