Great！It's clear and quiet, and also it’s convenient for me to get every where in Madrid.

Slightly far away from central Madrid, about 20mins walk from the train station, and another 20mins walk from the train station to central Madrid, so total about 40 minutes commute if you’re going to any tourist attractions. But the service at the hotel was really good, super friendly front desk and clean and quiet rooms. Overall, it was a good stay.

Mixed feelings about services as some of the staff were friendly, while some of them weren't. Amenities wise there isn't anything to speak about, it's a very basic hotel but generally clean except some stains on the blankets which can be overlooked

The room was small but it doesnt matter as it was clean and tidy. A Metro station is just a few hundreds metre away. From here, you can be connected to anywhere in the city.

This hotel is a fair option if you want to stay close to the bus station Méndez Álvaro. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The room is clean. The room itself is small but it has all you need. Air conditioning works efficiently and the insonorization is of good quality.

I liked the stuff, clean, well organized, very communicative, and also helped us to find everything that we wanted

Good hotel to stay in Madrid. Location is not bad. Utilities not provided eg toothbrush, toothpaste, cup

This is a nice modern hotel. It’s easy to get to from the metro and airport. It’s only a 30 minute metro into the centre of Madrid from the hotel. The room was good, only problem was the pillows were a bit thin and the window was difficult to keep open unless you wedged something in there but they’re only very minor issues and I was happily stay here again.
