Good location but the staffs do not know how to speak english which is terrible

I slept with my daughter in a capsule for two and the experience was much better than expected. Zero claustrophobia, good mattress and pillow and super clean. Impeccable service and many amenities such as free fruit, water and coffee. I loved it and will definitely go back, right next to Atocha.

This is a really outrageous hotel. I couldn't travel due to force majeure, but the hotel refused to refund me. I don't know if they are crazy about money or what. Can't you refund half of it? Did I stay in this hotel? Do I not want to come? It's really outrageous.
