Good location but the staffs do not know how to speak english which is terrible

Dormí con mi hija en una cápsula para dos y la experiencia fue mucho mejor de lo esperado. Cero claustrofobia, colchón y almohada bueno y súper limpio. La atención impecable y muchas amenidades como fruta, agua y café gratis. Me encantó y repetiré sin duda, al ladito de Atocha.

真的很離譜的酒店，因為不可抗力原因導致無法出行，但是酒店就是不給退，我不知道是想錢想瘋了還是怎麼著，你退一半不行嗎，這酒店我住了嗎？是我不想來嗎？真的很離譜。

地段很好，離阿託查火車站很近，正好碰到了馬拉松比賽，膠囊安全性很好，前台很友善，空間私密性好，衞生間乾淨，就是有點不隔音，需要靠大家的自覺~

Es tranquilo, es pacífico. No muy lejos de la estación de tren Atocha.

因為是國慶節，沒有提前訂酒店，臨時找到這個地方，第一次住這樣的地方，體驗一下，感覺還可以，偶爾住一晚挺新鮮

Easy 5 star rating for customer care. I will comment mostly on the excellent & kind customer service we received from the staff; Marcia & Daisy. We did not even stay in the property but they went out of their way to help us with our booking issues with the apartment rental(Smart Atocha) across the street. For some reason, our phones failed & cannot complete the online payment process required. They even did the intro for us & then let us use their business phone to try solve the payment problem with Smart Atocha.( which will get a separate review). Briefly, we got the feeling that we were being bounced around by the Atocha staff without really getting any help. Meanwhile, Marcia & Daisy even asked the wife (who was with the luggage on the sidewalk) to come in & use their dining room so we can do lunch. Our luggage eventually got stored in their backroom while I had to rush to Atocha's Callao office in central Madrid to physically complete the check-in process. Despite the language issues, Marcia & Daisy went above & beyond to really help us & we were not even their customers. They're both definitely are great assets to Oxygen Hotel Capsule. Muchisimas Gracias! We also observed how clean & neat the dining room & reception areas are.

I definitely will recommend this experience, as a 1 or 2 nights if you are near 40 years old or more, the bed and pillow very confortable, clean bathroom and kitchen areas available to warm food, there is a fridge also. The personal is absolutely friendly and very helpful. The location is the most impressive about this place, you can walk from Atocha train station, we walked as well to Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Cibeles And Botanical Garden. I think on summer it should be very hot, as there is not enough ventilation.

Muchísimo calor en la cápsula ( al hacer el Check-in le pregunté a la chica por el aire y me dijo que era lo que había, ni más frío ni más calor) no estaba insonorizada y se escuchaba TODO lo que ocurría en la cápsula contigua, eran de plástico, parecía que te ibas a caer cuando pisabas. No pudimos dormir nada en toda la noche. Fue tal el desagrado que preferimos salir de la cápsula de madrugada y dormir en la estación de trenes.

Ottimo. Ho soggiornato 2 notti a cui poi ne ho aggiunta una terza e devo dire tutto perfetto. A cominciare dalla gentilezza e cortesia di Manuela che mi ha riempito di attenzioni. Tutto il personale è stato disponibile e cortese. Non sono più un ragazzino e mi sono trovato benissimo, il funzionamento della struttura mi é stato ben spiegato. Tutto é tenuto costantemente pulito, i frequentatori anche devo dire molto educati e silenziosi. Per quello che leggo altrove di alcune critiche è vero che i bagni non sono molti ma io non ho avuto mai problemi a trovare sempre libero. Anche le capsule non sono così rumorose come alcuni descrivono, dipende tutto dagli ospiti anche se ovviamente tutto è migliorabile.
