Express style hotel Location is okay Wi-Fi Can’t keep luggage

The breakfast was nice. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport. It’s a good spot between the main city and the airport so if you’ve got time to explore you can easily take the metro. I’d stay again.

Outside of city centre but the neighbourhood was comfortable, big and proper room and toilet, great experience for the price.

I chose this hotel mainly because it is relatively closer to the airport (I have an early flight next morning) - when I came from the airport in a car around 1pm, it took 20 minutes. When I left the hotel to go to the airport at around 9:30am, it took about 15 minutes. Windows cannot be opened “for your safety”. 🙂 it allows early check in, but at €10 🙂 it allows you to store your luggage there for free 😐 it you need a hairdryer or a kettle, you need to put down €10 deposit. They will return it to you when you give it back. Just less convenient 😕 the “free wifi” as seen in my booking page is only for the lobby. You need to pay €3.99 to use wifi in the room. Not expensive but just doesn’t make you feel good. 😕 there was hair on my bedsheet, though not a lot (I saw two short curly ones which doesn’t look like hair from head…)

A very neat and tidy business style hotel. The receptionist was very efficient and profesional. The was a very minimal breakfast area providing tea's and coffee and maybe some simple foods. The was a vending machines with the usual snacks but also reasonably priced, substantial, fresh-looking sandwiches. The room for three was large, clean and comfy. Everything was in good tip top working order. Unfortunately, the hotel did not pick up the phone and we had to contact them via the Trip.com app, who's service was commendable. The operator was I talked to was very calming and effective, so a big thank you to them.

Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel par contre limite Acceptable , petit déjeuner tardif commence à 7h30 pile…pour des personnes qui doivent avoir des formation qui commencent à 8h c est compliqué. Insonorisation à revoir je me suis réveillé à plusieurs reprises a causes de portes qui claquent la nuit. Petit dej simple. Localisation un peu éloigné de tout.

Para mi fue mi cómodo y agradable quedarme en ese hotel son muy atentos y muy cómodo todo queda cerca tren y bares estupendo

Alojamiento muy barato en Madrid, no encontrarás nada más barato con unos estándares de calidad más que aceptables. Satisfecho
