Everything was ok! Love the hotel and location of it was perfect to get quickly to the centre of Madrid

Very downtown, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There is an elevator. It is not very convenient to get in and out. You need to ring the doorbell. The room is small and has few facilities, but this is probably the case in such an expensive city center.

The hotel is located near Puerta del Sol, a downtown area in Madrid. It is very convenient for shopping, but it is a little hard to find. I went to the wrong places several times before I finally found it. The bar street is near the downstairs, and it is very close to the "Grandpa's House" restaurant. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Royal Palace of Madrid. The hotel facilities are a little old, some sockets have no electricity, and the shower head is not working properly, but it is generally good.

Value for money, cleanliness, location, friendliness, satisfactory facilities

The accommodation is quite well located, the cleaning could be a little better! But I would repeat without problem for a couple of nights
