This is NOT a hotel, are rooms for rent with out shampoo, conditioner or soap, they have not the management to cover any necesity of the clients, any TV channel works and qhen I ask the answer are : THIS IS NOT A HOTEL.

For being a 3-star hotel, the condition of the room was disappointing. Many things were more or less broken: sofa, chair, toilet seat was leaking. "Free toiletries" included hand soap, nothing else. We paid for a breakfast for both mornings, but on Sunday it was served as a take away bag with a croisant, juice, and filtered coffee. Nothing to complain about the location, it was very convenient. Walking distance from the city center.

After 10pm there is nobody in reception. They locked my door for a problem with my card and there was nobody absolutely nobody to communicate with. I had to, in the middle is the night, on my daughters birthday go on a cab to find another hotel otherwise we would have been in the street for the night. I emailed, called and nobody got back to me. Next day I went tying to talk to the manager, who did not even apologize. My medication, which I need daily was in my room. He did not offer any solution and did not seem to care. Terrible experience.

Camera pulita, spaziosa. Bagno pulito, cambio salviette giornaliero, ma senza servizi di hotelery(no shampoo, phon, cotton fioc…).
Finiture molto sc****, pavimento e intonaci in alcuni punti rotti
Punto NEGATIVO : rumoroso, molto rumoroso… troppo rumoroso
Punto POSITIVO: posizione strategica x visitare la città. A pochi metri da fermata metro e in posizione comunque molto vicina al centro
Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out

Precio aceptable en la zona, habitaciones amplias, baño completo
Las señoras que atienden en recepción son muy lentas haciendo checkin
Aunque tiene cocina, microondas, nevera, platos, cubieros y fregadero, para permitir la comida en habitación, no hay servicio de lavado o limpieza de lo usado al cocinar o comer, lo cual extraña

Si sois catalanes, no vayáis aquí, evitar ir a estos apartamentos, la mujer de la recepción nos llamo cucarachas, es un maleducada, prepotente y sin ganas de trabajar, a parte de tratar a todo el mundo como si fuéra basura. Un pena que unos apartamentos que están bien, tengamos que poner un punto tan negativo por una persona tan inepta y con tan pocas ganas de trabajar en recepción por la tarde. Gente así no merece ese puesto de trabajo, y menos cara al publico. Claro esta que lo pongo aquí y también se lo dijimos a la cara. Ojala encuentren a una persona con ganas y actitud de trabajar como la mujer de la mañana.
