A great hotwl with excellent location. A stone's throw from a metro station. Tourist attractions and nice restaurants nearby. A very virbant neighbourhood with a lot of street musicians. You won't regret staying in this boutique hotel.

Location is superb! We spent 4 days in Madrid and literally just walked the whole time, that’s how convenient the location is!
Both public areas and the room are very clean and well maintained. The room’s ambiance is nice and stylish. All amenities are new and functional. Absolutely love our room!!
Breakfast is another highlight. There is a decent selection of food and all very yummy! Especially the assortment of hams and salamis.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Marcos who helped us with check-in on our first day.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Madrid!

Hotel is at a good location. Very convenient to walk around. The room is clean and neat. I loved the hospitality provided by the staff at the reception. Kind, polite and extremely helpful in making reservations and providing suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. I would like to give a shout out to Laura, Felicia, Pablo and Barbara from the front desk. They extremely helpful and made my stay safe and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel

We stayed at the Roommate Alba for 7 nights in the end of June. We love the location (within 15 mins walking to many popular tourist sites and shopping), the comfortable room, the breakfast and especially the service of the hotel. The staff especially Ms Barbara is helpful and warm, and always has a smile on her face. Nothing was too much to ask for. Some minor drawbacks include not enough counter top inside the room/ bathroom to laid out the miscellaneous stuff and the hairdryer is too heavy for ladies. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Room was spacious and clean. The communal hotel facilities could do with a bit of an upgrade/modernisation, but overall a great stay!
