Impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel. Aucune instruction. Personne ne répond ni au téléphone, ni a l'interphone. C'est hôtel est une arnaque qui débite la carte mais que nous ne pouvons y accéder une fois sur place .

一開始有點不習慣，不過入住後還是覺得性價比頗高，地段實在太方便樂

Falta un poco de limpieza

I do understand the concept, and I should have ready more on the details and reviews, but this was like going back to high school years of hostel. My issue is that the hygiene. The toilet smelled of sewer. There were no hooks or anywhere to keep your clothes in the bathroom, and being a shared one, you had to go with a change of clothes. There two bathrooms to a floor, one smaller one, but the door to one broke on my second night. The walls a paper then so even when someone plugs in their phone to charge you hear it.

5/5 - enjoyed my stay. Had an issue with the lock on the door and the maintenance man repaired it in under an hour. Would re-visit.

This is handy for a short term stay due to the price, we stayed for 4 days in Madrid and now looking back, I would pay more for a decent hotel. Would only recommend for a one or two night stay. Hotel operates on technology to open building doors and room door, which might seem smart at first, but now you would have the remember to bring your phone out with you to use the toilet for the room again, ensuring that you are connected to WiFi and have charge all the time. We had locked ourselves out after using the shower and no means of communication with the hotel is possible. There is a phone number provided at the gate but does not get connected to anyone. After being locked outside, luckily a cleaner had arrived to open the doors for us. bedroom isn’t cleaned thoroughly, when we arrived the towels that were provided with had marks and stains on them, and when we had ask for new ones to replace these towels they said no. So throughout the holiday we had to use our clean clothes as a towel. You can see dust that has accumulated on the headboard of the bed meaning they don’t clean it well enough but rather just change the sheets and a quick sweep. Walls are very very thin so you can hear pretty much everything and everyone who is on the same floor as you.

Very clean and neat. Livwd the area, people are very friendly. Nice places to eat around the hotel.

The place was completely dirty when we got there. Opened the room door and found food and candy wraps on top of the bed. Walls were very dirty too as well as the bed sheets.

I did like because was close to bus station. Metro Station, is a quite zone, and House is clean very well located. I didnt like for not having any one to help with anything else, couldnt know where to get breakfast, the city induction, and also the hotel forced me to give details of My credit card allegging if I break anything I could pay. But at time of checkout no one was there to confirm the things. In order hand my credit card details that a gave are at this stage unsafe.
