The location of the hotel is convenient . The room is clean and in good condition, the basin of bathroom is big. The price is favorable with such facilities.

The customer service is simply great. *********** advertised an City view room and I paid for a city view but Booking instead sent them a reservation for a regular room. They immediately changed my room and promised to follow up with Booking on the mishap. It was a smooth experience with a quick solution. The location is great and in the middle of all the action and you can really feel like a local. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Definitely amazing here again.

提前給辦理了入住，説了需求給安排了最高層6樓，衹有天窗，沒打開，也沒窗簾，有點bug，説了想開可以叫服務員，那太麻煩了，然後沒開，早餐不錯，挺贊，入住的巧克力是個空盒，腳墊也沒給，第二天給了，酒店位置特別方便，沒有乘坐任何交通工具，可以去任何地方，包括火車站，整體不錯，還會再來

位置優越，距離王宮、公園、博物館、火車站都在步行十五分鐘距離內。早餐很豐富，基本能滿足中國胃。

印象深刻，服務態度好，早餐美味，出行方便，房間乾淨整潔，會推薦給朋友，有機會下次還會入住

酒店房間很新，很安靜，地理位置非常好，但是電視衹有第一天晚上可以投屏，後面兩天都壞了，找了前台也沒修好

非常乾淨，離任何景點都非常的近，走路非常方便，夕陽站在陽台可以享受到非常舒服美景，整體環境我們非常的滿意，又非常安全。

酒店在普拉多美術館和西班牙王宮中心位置，交通方便，適合住一個晚上打卡出行。但老城區車比較堵，建議多日入住可以換到新城區取住。

房間很棒，我們定的兩人間，酒店很乾凈，隔音效果也很好，離附近的景點也很近，有一個mini小陽台，可以看到街景～樓下不遠就有便利店

酒店的位置非常好，設施符合四星標準，酒店員工友好，服務到位。
