The hotel was very nice and the service we got was great as well. But the location of the hotel was a bit too bad.

The worst hotel in madrid its not a 4 star hotel maybe 0-0.5 star hotel. The crew team dont know to.speak basic English which is the most using language. Also, food is very poor no vegetables which is the important items at the breakfast and no eggs, they dont understand that theses elements give the energy and power for each human to function well for 80 usd dollar hotel price it should be added.

It is located a little outside of downtown Madrid, but the facilities are good, the rooms are clean, and it is quiet. I thought it would be noisy because there is a large distribution center nearby, but it is not at all. The breakfast is also buffet-style, so I am very satisfied. The only drawback is that there are no restaurants or cafes to eat at in the evening, but the rest is very satisfying. Watching the beautiful sunrise is a bonus.

A good hotel in Madrid. Clean and tidy, with prompt front desk service. Free parking. Breakfast is also good. The location is a bit bad, it depends on your preference
