Had a pleasant stay.. nice and friendly staff. Great location for work related stay. Clean rooms good coffee and nice breakfast

Needed a place after a tornado hit our neighborhood. After no power or water for several days, we booked a room to freshen up. Staff was friendly upon check-in. No soap, shampoo, lotion, towels or washcloths in room in room. Done trash from previous occupant was still in trash. We took in consideration the whole area for several counties had been affected by storms and were appreciative to just be able to freshen up.

The room was filthy don’t believe it had been cleaned at all! Very gross and hair everywhere! The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful though! REQUIRES $100 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT IF YOU LIVE LOCALLY AND ITS POLICY TO NOT GIVE A RECEIPT FOR IT!! RIDICULOUS!

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre and it was mostly empty when we got there at 8:00. There was some more being cooked but by the time we were done with the cereal, it wasn't ready yet, so we just packed up and left.

The tub dripped all night room 206....breakfast had no bagels or muffins or sausage..... Noisy and maid service knocked on the door wanting to get in the room before 11!!!!

Everything was fairly good. They are renovating so be patient. Breakfast didn’t have much this time as last time we stayed. We always enjoy having our pet with us. The night staff is friendly but the day staff could use some lessons in hospitality.
