"The people are very nice, place clean, but the room phone is disconnected, bathroom out of bath soap and hair conditioner and lotion. I’m not first time in this hotel we don’t like the new breakfast they serving now."

"The 3 stars is mostly because it was very loud above us. Not sure what the floors are made of but even lightly walking was incredibly noisy. We stopped here as we are passing through to Florida. We are familiar with home2suites and typically really enjoy them. The breakfast was l unfortunately not hot (sausages, egg, etc). Location — the hotel itself is in a safer location but in general I wouldn’t stop here again with kids. There are not many restaurants around that are decent at all. With all that being said - the staff in the lobby were incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. It was also very clean over all!"

"We arrived at the property and went to the front desk, where two female staffers were preoccupied with something on the computer system. Stood in front of them for several minutes finally asked if this was the Hampton Inn, which they said yes, and went right back to their tasks. Finally, we decided to go to the restroom and then return to the desk where we finally were able to check in. No one said hello asked if they could help us. It was as if we were invisible. Never had this experience at any place before."

"Booke it for my son. He said the hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff, fast checknin. The very important feature is that they allow 18 year olders to check in"
