By far The stable very accommodating the hotel staff for exceptionally prompt they had a Wray to go breakfasts for guests.

I had to cancel & it has been 1 week & I have not received my refund of any kind.

Internet did not work. Bathtub needed new enamel. View from window was a brick wall 10 feet away. Don't stay here if barking dogs annoy you.

The area surrounding the property was quite. But the bathtub was not draining properly. There was a missing wash basin stopper.

The first impression was great, but as we looked around, we realized that the place needs a refreshing. Things look worn and scuffed, especially the carpets in the hallways and elevators. Overall, we were impressed, but could have been more. Except for the fellow we figured was the manager, the staff was mostly indifferent. They just need to try a bit harder and it could be very nice!

After given the key for room #1 it didn’t work had to go back to front desk, after gaining access to the room bed had only been stripped no linen or bath towels room had not been cleaned. Given key to room#2 didn’t work went BACK to front desk after access bathroom has what appears to be mold in tub area. Inadequate staffing

We were greatly disappointed in the quality of the room. The bathroom had water damage, mildew around the tub, and above on the wall. The tub barely drained. Initially we did not even have a hair dryer and a working coffee maker. The breakfast area seemed as though it was wiped down with a dirty cloth. The pipes were extremely loud and everytime someone opened the auxiliary exit door an alarm sounded. The only saving graces were that the bedding was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Nice desk staff. Bathroom: no ventilation, bathtub dirty and worn, floor filthy especially behind the doors, hairdryer broken; A/C unit cover broken and very loud, too loud to use at night; beds saggy; doors and trim very dirty; desk chair filthy - had to cover it with a towel to use; dogs (multiple) barking between 1:30 - 3:30 during the night.

Some stuff is renovated but stuff that isn’t is pretty run down. Pretty clean and staff is nice.

The day I check in I have to change room two time because of the cleaners of the room the third room was a step up from the last two..I have to clean it myself so I went to the Dollar tree and purcase cleaning supplies.The room smell of mold .The breakfast was terrible.I was home for a Home going of a family member.Need a major up grade,I still will stay again if was free.. Terrible

When I first checked in and got a room the door handle was broke. I then went back to desk and they assigned me another room turns out that door handle was broke as well. Went back a third time and my key card didn’t work. Finally got a room. The room was very dirty and rough looking. My tv also was not hardly working as well. Two lamps were not working as well. The staff was nice but the stay was not.

The property was very nice and hotel staff was kind and accommodating to our needs. They were very helpful in answering questions and finding solutions to our problems.

Terrible, very dirty and smelled bad. Afraid to take my clothes home after sleeping in them on top of the bed.
