"Beautiful hotel in the mountains. It is very quiet and invites you to relax. We spent the last days of our vacation here. It was definitely the right decision. There are several levadas nearby. After a hike you can enjoy the wellness. It doesn't close too early and you don't have to make a reservation. We liked that a lot. There are lots of animals to watch nearby and a farmer's market on Sundays."

"The hotel is old, but very nice. The windows offer a stunning view of the bay. The cleanliness of the room is at a high level. The hotel territory with well-maintained pedestrian paths on the coast. Polite staff. Convenient location of the hotel relative to the airport, you can even walk quietly in 30-40 minutes. Cons: Disappointed by the breakfast, meager and tasteless. And they could at least put water in the room. Little things, but after a flight this is important, especially if you arrive late at night."

"Great hotel! We really enjoyed our holiday at the hotel. It's a whole city! There's a promenade and several swimming pools. The food is top notch! You can have a buffet, you can go to restaurants, and there's even a coffee shop with delicious coffee! We spent our evenings at the bar, drinking delicious cocktails and dancing. There's a beautiful trail nearby - Cape Sao Lourenco. There's a shuttle to Funchal, which is very convenient. We'll definitely come back again!"
