The location was great for the famous place and eating house. Walking distance. ”John ” was great enough to provide us the double bed although my order via the website was a single bed. The king bed was completely comfortable and I had a good sleep. The room was clean and spacious. Public transportation or private hire was easy accessable.

This hotel offers a great value but some of the staff are a little bit cold, however some of them were very sweet and helped me find a taxi so I had to give the service 5 stars. Wifi was terribly frustrating, definitely don’t book this place if you need reliable wifi. Location is good except for the fact that taxis can't reach it and you have to go so far to call a taxi or catch a bus. As a pedestrian for just exploring nearby it's a great location but for arriving and departing it was very inconvenient. All in all, a good choice. It is very clean and comfortable.

Good location with lots of eateries n convenient stores around all corners. Never go hungry here. Casinos as well. Very china mainland-ish area here. Stayed for 6D5N.Room size is just nice for 2 pcs of 24 inch luggage. Clean n comfy. Daily housekeeping. Bus stops are just a short walk depending on your destinations. Breakfast spread is sufficient. Different menu but repeated following days. Able to request for take out if can't dine in. Self coin laundromat avaliable here. 2 washers n dryers. Each service priced at MOP48, totalling MOP96 for washing n drying. Expensive at this rate but still cheaper than hotel laundry service... Excellent customer service n housekeeping team. Complimentary drinks provided from 11am to 11pm. Only provide 1 laundry plastic bag so far. Didn't replace a new one at all.

Hotel stay was comfortable, just that I overlooked the fact that it was a smoking hotel. As all rooms are on the same level, you could smell smoke coming from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. Im really uncomfortable staying in a smoking hotel. Though the room was quite pretty and comfortable, I'm really uncomfortable staying at a smoke filled place.

This little hotel is within walking distance from Largo do Senado and other historical sites; bus 101x from the bridge port stops a few blocks away; a night market is just around the corner, and there's a 24-hour supermarket a block away. The facilities were clean and the room looked just like new. The bed was clean and comfy, toiletries were provided, and the room had a TV and a kettle. Even though I booked a shared bathroom, it was very clean and shared with only another room. The staff was super nice, and both the check-in and check-out processes were fast and easy. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 nights in Pensão Carmen and I would book it again.

I wish I could've stayed here my entire time in Macau. The rooms are not the biggest but the new design (finished in 2024) is brilliant and makes you feel connected to what came before. The hotel dates back to 1928 and was the original ”President” and was central to the rise of Macau ****** culture, being a focal point of the fantan monopoly. There's an extraordinary neighborhood around it, which reminded my partner of Southern China and Hong Kong of the past. You can eat and drink in street food stalls, restaurants, and coffee shops that are much more than a hundred years old and original. I was inspired by the story of the man who renovated the place and the area, how he grew up here, led the investors, designers, and restoration team throughout COVID and finally they all completed the place. Well worth the trip and I would go again.

This was a very nice stay away from main Casino district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets 1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours. 2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged). 3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website. 4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question. 5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information. 6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable. 7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world. 8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie). 9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc. 10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast. 11. Checkout process was very easy. 12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities. check few photos (room details for more information.

Kudos and Thankful to Ms Chez, Front desk staff, luckily she is pinay and we never had a hard time communicating. She was very helpful and kind to us and she even provided us coins/change to use for the bus going to HZM. Overall great stay. The place was great. Decent and affordable hotel room for a stay in Macau. The room was clean and maintained. They provide toiletries and water at the front desk. Air-condition room with kettle, dryer and heater available. Double bed room, with cabinet and working table. Would recommend this hotel for your stay since it is Near senado square, a 6 minute walk from the hotel. 8 min walk going to Ruins of St. Paul and 10 min walk going to grand lisboa hotel where you can ride free shuttle buses going to other casinos and mall especially in studio city, parisian, venecian, and londoner. The best hotel we’ve been so far. It took me 2 days to decide to book this for our family trip and not a single complaint from any of my family members. Location is near Senados Square and many food to eat around. They have onsite cafe but I hope it opens earlier than 10 am because who drinks coffee at 10am? They have a self serve area on the second floor where you can do your laundry, iron clothes, exercise, eat or reheat good, refill water for free. The staffs are welcoming though English is always a challenge but they can do basic English.- better to have translator app like google translate. We enjoyed our stay and the best part is the overlooking window where we watched fireworks during CNY.

Located very near to the Inner Harbour Terminal. From airport, I took the bus no. 26, or MT4 to Terminal Maritomo De Passageiros Do Porto Interior which might roughly takes up to an hour ride. Nice location. There is a local groceries nearby and just next to MS Blossom Cafe. During night time near the 7-11, there is also one traditional dessert stall called 蘭姐甜品小食 you can try!
