Excellent services, feel like home. Great to have an indoor swimming pool too.

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

The check in service is fast , the room is tidy and decorated with many small gift to my sons as it was my little’s son birthday. Both of us have a great time here.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

It was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.

Had a great time staying in Okura. They prepared a sweet treat for our 5th anniversary thru lots of gifts and surprises! Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Great amenities as well! We’ll definitely recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable room with free mini bar. Excellent service that reception tried to upgrade me the room. Every staff is polite and helpful. Cozy place to stay in Macau. Moreover, this hotel is near the tram station, it is very convenient to go everywhere. You can find many good restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel, with a grand lobby, the room is big with all the necessary amenities that you need. Free minibar, strong wifi and many more.

The check in process was smooth and the room was clean and quite big. The view from the hotel room was also quite nice. When we came back at night, there were paper cranes placed on our bed together with almond cookies on the bedside table. The bathroom slippers were also placed by our bedside. We thought that this was a rather thoughtful gesture by the hotel.

Check in was fast with friendly service staffs , free daily mini bar with welcome fruit platter, chocolate and a bottle of ref wine are a nice touch. Luxury Hermes toiletries to pamper yourself with a good bath. A pity the resort deck is closed for maintenance during this time until March 2024 but there is an small indoor pool with jacuzzi on the 29 floor. Location is great within walkable distance to the food street nearby and the Light rail station. An enjoyable stay during this trip .

The staff in Okura hotel are super attentive. Val was very sweet that he helped me to take care of my girl while I was checking in. Receptionist speak very good English and she clearly explained about different facilities in the hotel. We were all surprised by the anniversary decoration done by Momoe, it’s dead pretty and thoughtful. Momoe also prepared different kids amenities that we havnt thought about. We had an amazing time in Okura Macau, we would definitely come back next time. P.S. remember to join their kids workshops on 2/F, we made a lantern and kite with the help of the staff. Love it !!
