Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16

十年前曾住過的酒店到現在有可分別？以前住是為了參觀米高積遜的手套而住！現在是為了晚上方便進餐而入住十六浦！酒店的設施和房間的整潔度都保持得好好！

澳門十六蒲索菲特大酒店位於澳門舊城區、交通十分方便。它們早餐食物多樣、泳池景觀美麗、有一個按摩池。位於六樓。

事隔不足兩星期再入住，幾乎每次澳門必住。出現任何小插曲，酒店都會致電慰問，送生果餅之類，我都幾乎忘記沒記掛。

家人出遊，對酒店挺滿意的，就是送的一張海銀海記特色牛肉火鍋的代金券沒有去用，不知道好不好吃。酒店性價比挺高的。

地点非常方便，服務周全，十分潔淨，滿意極👍

This hotel can’t have the Sofitel brand!. The mattress is filthy dirty and it is sinking in the middle. The water kettle has dust on the lid and it is not working after plugged in. The shower drainage is not draining, the water flooding all over the bathroom. The bathroom smells like sewer if the drain stopper of bath tub is removed. The room smells .The restaurant on the 18th floor , the host bring us to the table shorting a chair, after asking for a chair, then missing utensils, then missing two cloth napkins for the entire meal. Staffs were busy, 10 staffs seems disorganized and unable attend the tables. The manager in black was able to shout out loud to a big boss’s arrival yet not seeing the guests were watching her and wanted to get her attention for a long while! The last thing is the wait for the taxi at the lobby was over 35 minutes. Then we agreed to pay more to get a taxi to come up to the hotel. The driver said no one wants to come to this side of town because of the traffic. Well, regarding solutions, guest services were able to sent us a air filter for the smell , changed the died water kettle, put padding on the mattress, plunged the shower at 1 am in the morning to stop the flood. We were able to get a later check out as courtesy to the troubles. Staffs tried and responded but the hotel is old… the hotel itself doesn’t deserve the brand and the hard-working staff.
