非常非常美的酒店，最好的體驗 從景色 房間 服務 食物 都無可挑剔 早餐是特別好吃的自助餐，每天不一樣還有鮮榨果汁 下午有各種活動 我們參加了海釣還可以吃自己釣的魚 晚上在燈塔的晚餐太浪漫了 食物也很好 水上spa簡直絕絕子 每家房間門口還有屬於自己的自行車 可以在島上環遊

酒店在魅力的馬爾代夫島上，服務人員態度很好很細心，住的是水屋，躺在床上就可以看蔚藍大海心情很好

While I ultimately have rated the Intercontinental Maldives 4 stars, it truly was a wonderful hotel and a true trip to paradise (so really more like 4.7/5). My rating stems mainly from small things, and mostly from pre-arrival and not the resort itself. This is a long review- I apologize in advance! But there don’t seem to be too many detailed reviews here so I wanted to give some extra details. This was to be our official honeymoon, but also our first wedding anniversary as we delayed our honeymoon due to my husband's work schedule. We both work onboard a luxury cruise line, so our schedules are tricky and standards high. The stay was booked on a mix of points, cash, and Ambassador weekend certificate. The hotel was very helpful at combining the bookings easily and quickly. We did have an issue between IHG and the hotel in regards to an add-on package I had been told was for us both, only to later be informed it was not. In the end it was resolved satisfactorily, but only after I reached out to management directly. I won't go into details as it did not negatively affect our stay, but will caution that my best advice is to try and work directly with the hotel on arrival for any concerns, as the staff at the hotel are fantastic and much more service oriented then the reservations agents via email. I had a few other concerns, and they were always met with "no" versus supplying an alternative. For example, as Diamond Ambassador, I was offered an upgrade to the lagoon villa. We preferred to stay overwater on the sunrise side (meaning no upgrade necessary) and the email agent said that if we didn't want this upgrade there was nothing else. I found it strange there was no offer of a monetary upgrade if we preferred. On a related note, the other reason for the slightly lower rating was the general lack of disregard for loyalty status. Did this impact our vacation? I don't think so. But at the end of the day, the hotel is an Intercontinental regardless of its location, and I felt that it didn't honor loyalty over spend. My husband and I do not truly care about these things as we would stay here with or without status (I only mention it for other members), and I would say that if you do not have any status with IHG there are many benefits to choosing this hotel over other well-known brands-- the included breakfast and club benefits for everyone is an AMAZING value! We were greeted by the resort manager upon arrival (I did understand this was due to our status). There was a great setup in our room on arrival- balloons, messages on the bed, canapes and a cake for our anniversary. There was also a welcome bottle of bubbly (though not Moet as other rooms received). Again, nothing to negatively affect our stay. One thing of note, we were not allowed to choose a welcome amenity as Diamond. For those unaware, as Diamond you can choose welcome points, drink, or breakfast for your stay. This is standard at any IHG hotel. As breakfast is already included, I had

Incredible!!! The staff, the location, the food, the facilities… it was incredible. It truly one of the best places I’ve visited. It was hard to leave. Stayed for 5 days, and it’s exactly what was needed!! Can’t wait to come back and see the team.

The service on island is excellent. Our curator Nacer is very professional and caring. We truly enjoyed the food and beautiful view. The breakfast in Cafe Umi and the afternoon tea in the retreat are wonderful. We will never forget enjoying sunset while having dinner in Fish Market and lighthouse. Definitely will come again!

The room was really upscale with a pool inside with a great taste of nature around the island. All the roads within the island were well maintained and very clean - all the restaurants and bar that we went were with good service and great food. Overall we have really enjoyed this trip and thank you Yolanda for hosting us throughout the trip

We stay very valuable time in intercontinental hotel and especially the breakfast is impressive. The boy named Atiq was play very good table tennis with me.He is a good player and very kind to us. Thank you Atiq provide us a great time. You are handsome and friendly! Such a great man you are! And our butler Shizu help us a lot. He provide us a big surprise and we will remember forever. Finically, we will thank Nafha for the sweet help for us.. she is very kindly to send us to the departure. And all the people from intercontinental are awesome! Our stay was more than we could have imagined. Our dreams of the bliss, the beauty, and the luxury were all cast to the side as we basked in the unparalleled service and curated experience the staff at the Intercontinental offer. I wish to leave this review with the least bit of information as possible to give the opportunity to be as surprised as we were with our stay!

Loved the entite stay, the villa was so beautiful, the staff super friendly and caring, the food and everything else was just extraordinary. Special Thankyouuu to the amazing staff , Glee, Zain, Maary, Sweety, Raaie for the amazing service.

Amazing experience at the spa! Nita gave a wonderful and relaxing massage in the most beautiful spa environment I’ve ever experienced. The entire spa is over the water with an ocean view. An excellent massage while over the water is an unforgettable experience. 5 stars to Nita and the spa experience.

It is the first Time for us to travel to Maldives. Before the trip, we did a lot of research on the social media about the environment of resort,food, activities and service. Of course, the total cost as well. We should say we are quite satisfied withThe intercontinental resort. All the staffs here Provided perfect service especially DWI who is our personal housekeeper. Everything is perfect and we really hope to stay here next time.

The best hotel experience we've ever had.. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are extremely polite. Everything impeccable.. Restaurants, drinks, places, staffs.. Everything is perfect! We recommend it and we will be back soon!!!
