Staf hotel ini menyebalkan. Atau dia tidak mau melayani orang Thailand, ya, lokasinya bagus, kamarnya tersedia, tetapi layanannya sangat buruk, melakukan hal yang sama seperti kami meminta untuk menginap, berbicara dengan buruk dan tidak tersenyum, sangat tidak puas. Staf harus ditingkatkan.

Kamar yang indah, kamar yang besar, bersih fasilitas lengkap Pengurus rumah tangga ramah dan penuh perhatian, tetapi resepsionisnya gemuk dan malas menerima pelanggan seperti orang yang datang untuk menyewa tempat tidur kumuh dengan perilaku buruk. Pudja tidak sopan, berisik, harus melatih staf meja depan juga, menerima pelanggan sangat banyak, tidak cocok resepsionis hotel sebesar ini

Kami merekomendasikan akomodasi di sini, harga menarik, terletak di tengah kota dan dekat dengan tempat wisata. di luar kenyamanan Tapi sekarang kami akan menginap selama renovasi hotel. Ini sangat tidak nyaman. Akses mudah dari bandara juga.

Staf pelayanan yang baik, selalu tersenyum, cantik, bersih, pelayanan yang baik, akan datang untuk menggunakan layanan ini lagi.

Hotel berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari banyak kehidupan malam. Mereka berada di tengah-tengah renovasi besar. Kamar hotel baru cukup mewah, yang sangat kontras dengan hotel lainnya, yang sudah sangat ketinggalan zaman. Pilihan nilai bagus jika tinggal di Sukhumvit.

Location and rooms are very good Small and neat.. Feel like in Middle East. Every guest there are.from middle east. We stay for 2 nights.

Room is nice, lobby is also good and location is right inside Nana, not too far from Nana Bts station also

Honestly service with mediocre. Loud music at night because of a club right at below the hotel. Housekeeping was nice though. That’s about it.

The hotel is fine but the one girl in the reception will act like shes the owner of the hotel , she will go inside your room to tell you that you need to check out right away , and some of the guest complaint of their missing things

Grace hotel is under construction. No or non-existent Wifi. Arrived to check in but they couldn't find my reservation. I understood, things happened, and I messaged Trip.com. The Trip help desk specialist, "L," who responded to me, is very helpful. He called the hotel and told me to wait. When he messaged me back that the hotel found the reservation, and check-in with the front desk again. That's when the bad experience began, the guy at the front desk, refused to checked the reservation information again. He said that is nothing to check. I politely told him, it was the hotel's mistake, everything should be good now. He refused to give me his name when I asked. I have to keep pressing him to check. When he finally checked and found the reservation, he gave me a room. Apparently he gave me a smoker room with lots of noise (even after 2am). I'm too tired to change the room. Needlessly to say, I will not book this hotel again.
