Habitación y cama amplia y cómoda.. situado a una calle del parque de la 93 y con variedad de restaurantes en los alrededores .
Hay nevera y caja fuerte en la habitación..
Muy buena opción para alojarse en Bogotá

非常差的體驗，掀開床單競有一條長頭髮，好像上一位客人走後沒換床單，房間狹窄，房價與環境服務不成正比，不值得推薦。

1.）位置非常好，周邊有中餐館，本地餐館；
2.）安全，到andino商場和酒吧街都很近,走路15分鐘；
3.）床非常大，2.2米寬；
4.）房子空間小一些；
5.）沒有晾曬衣服的地方，沒有熨燙衣服的設備；
6.）僅第一天提供一小瓶免費飲用水，需要考慮自行在附近購買；

很好，服務員的態度超級好！我在入住期間發燒了，服務員幫我諮詢電話醫生，還幫助我買葯，感覺很温暖～靠近93公園，走路5分鐘，比較方便。

Hotel very nice and convenient location. Did not received any VIP upgrade and the hotel staff did not made any effort to accommodate the offer.

GREAT LOCATION has NOVOTEL Parque 93. This is my first time here. For what I paid ($66.00 USD per night) and for the 2 nights whats PERFECT but the hotel doesn't offer anything else than the stay.....the room. It's time for the management and maintenance staff to fix, change or replace a couple of things in the rooms. Besides that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Another thing the checkin and the checkout were EASY & FAST. Very GOOD customer service there.

Water in the bath was yellow. Room was much smaller and different than pictured on the website. Reception was away from the desk not answering the phone most of the time. No one helped us with our suitcases upon arrival.

Pros: the hotel location is fantastisk. Clean and comfortable. Close to el parque 93. You Could walk to zona T/Rosa too just in 20 minutes. Closer to everything i needed. Staff excellent.
Area is safe for walking.
Cons: my aircondition didnt work properly.thanks bogota isnt a hot place i opened the Window and was fine.
Breakfast i must sau is the Worse thing in this hotel. Dont Even bother to pay for it.its really not good at all period.
Less than basic. A dissapoinment.
There was this laundry service Woman who knocks on doors by 9 ocklock every morning.a nuisance.it stopped after i put the do not disturb sign. Surely There is a better way to do this.
Otherwise i recommend this hotel.
