Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Lyon Centre Château Perrache

Not bad hotel for some days. Near rail station, staying in the center of City Lyon. But subarban not good.

The location is almost directly connected to Perrache station. I stayed for several nights, but in the morning, someone suddenly opened the door and came in while I was sleeping, which was a bit scary. When I asked the front desk, they just said it was a cleaning staff error and didn't apologize.

Very satisfied with the hotel. It is very close to the train station. You can see the train coming into the station from the terrace but there is no noise. The decoration is also in the same style as the photos. The lobby is very beautiful and there are even murals on the wall. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. Breakfast Very good, the egg pancakes and sausages are delicious.

Ideal location to visit Lyon. Impeccable exterior soundproofing to be on a major axis, on the other hand, be careful with the soundproofing between the rooms if you have neighbors who want to express their love... Bedding that deserves an update, the springs are felt after the second night. Too bad because the room is very pleasant.

The environment is not very good, but it is quite convenient. It is not far from the city center and the train station. It is a very old hotel. The renovation did not use good materials. The facilities are too ordinary. It is not up to the level of 4 stars! There is no special shampoo. The napkin box is empty. I don't bother to care. I feel that everything is just okay! The front desk service attitude is OK. Most of the people in this hotel are Westerners.
