Hotel staff is friendly, helpful. Location is ok.

Inclusive of pool and gym. Rooms are clean and a good size. Relatively quiet at night despite balcony being in the freeway side.

There was a mix up with my booking. Bed was uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! Very friendly staffs and good location. The make to order breakfast is very good and healthy! The only complaint is no body lotion or shower cap in our room.

Check in staff was great no issues pulling up my reservation. The reason for my score is as a seasoned traveler It is what it is a middle of the road hotel Fixtures in the room, C Enable to check out via hotel TV, Free breakfast I ordered the breakfast burrito premade, and was cold in the middle.

It was a lovely hotel close to shopping & dining. The pool and hot tub were great. Nice reception & lounge area. Front desk staff were excellent & attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great staff. Clean. Great place to staff if you plan to just stay in hotel. Pool is good work out room is good.

This was probably the worst Marriot I have stayed at. We booked here as they were one of the few options we found with an indoor pool and hot tub and we found out upon wanting to go to the pool and hottub it was closed for the weekend. Hotel staff was all amazing and helpful. The food was delicious and staff were great for both our dinner and breakfast. Needs a lot of updating and since we booked on Saturday it would have been nice to have it updated on ******* as it appears the pool was closed for a day or so by that point.

Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Nice hot tub. The pool is small, but nice temperature. If you like sushi I recommend the sushi restaurant nearby.

The staff were INCREDIBLE. So kind and helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The area around the hotel had a lot of construction, but the room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We visit our son 4x a year - this is one of the hotels we like to stay at. The beds here are the most comfortable, better than the others. Rooms are comfortable,clean and nice. The ******* reservation had 1 breakfast included. We tried it and it was pretty good - very quick and convenient.

The overall stay was very unpleasant. I don’t blame the staff. They are kind and welcoming. When I arrived there was a terrible odour in my room and the heater wasn’t working. The hot tub worked the first day but the second day it was barely warm. The food is extremely over priced. I was in the middle of eating and the staff removed the candle from my table because he was closing. They wanted to charge 6.00 for two slices of bacon. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room my first morning and I was out of body wash. They did try coming into the room on the day of my check out despite my having the do not disturb sign in the door. I didn’t need housekeeping when I was checking out. I won’t return. Courtyard Marriotts have really deteriorated and are inconsistent.
