Hotel Mewah di Zhoushan

"Mereka yang check in di malam hari tidak bisa melihat ke luar jendela. Ketika saya bangun pagi, saya menemukan bahwa gunung di luar jendela ditumbuhi rumput liar dan pepohonan. Apakah di lantai bawah ada pintu keluar garasi atau tempat pembuangan sampah? Ada suara gemuruh dari ruang cuci di sebelahnya. Aku tidak tahu apa yang terjadi di bawah pagi-pagi sekali. Apakah suara dari ruang komputer atau truk sampah yang membangunkanku? Saat Ctrip memesan kamar, ditandai menginginkan kamar dengan pemandangan bagus dan kamar tenang. Resepsionis juga secara khusus mengatakan bahwa kamar akan diupgrade secara gratis, tetapi hasilnya adalah upgrade ke kamar yang ”bagus”. . Belakangan, saya dengan enggan menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan meminta keras untuk pindah kamar. Saat itu sedang di luar musim ketika kami check in sebelum Tahun Baru Imlek, dan ada banyak sekali kamar kosong di hotel. Kami menginap begitu lama selama Tahun Baru Imlek. Bukankah ada gunanya mengatur kamar yang lebih baik? ! Benar-benar ada kesenjangan antara harga 1680 dan layanan semacam itu. Kami juga tamu biasa. Kami memesan hotel ini lagi karena nyaman menginap. Hotelnya memiliki lokasi dan lingkungan yang bagus. Bisakah pelayanannya tetap? Sikap wanita di meja depan tidak dapat disangkal dan tak terlupakan. Selain itu, alas pancuran di kamar mandi hanya setinggi dada, jadi saya tidak tahu cara mandi. Fasilitas lainnya oke. Mungkin hotel kekurangan staf saat Tahun Baru dan pelayanannya tidak bisa mengimbangi."

"The best hotel we have stayed in China! We got upgraded to an executive room which was really spacious. Even though the convenient store is not nearby, we managed to order a delivery from Watsons. The Reception desk is really helpful, knowing that a foreigner doesn’t have a local number to finalise the delivery order, the receptionist kindly lend me her number and received the delivery. She even sent my item up to my room! Dinner was great too! We had crab, hotpot, sushi and more at the buffet place. Eating great food while listening to the live jazz band, totally the right feel for Christmas! Will stay in a Sheraton again!"

Her attentive service and skill in arranging accommodations were instrumental in ensuring a wonderful and seamless stay. Her dedication to excellence is truly commendable. I was offered a room at Level 12, outside the lift lobby and also beside a group stay rooms which was really noisy. I was immedidately change to Higher floor room at Level 16 which was quiet and i have a very good night sleep. The view of Stadium was also very nice"

"My fourth visit to the hotel for dinner. The food is always outstanding with a great selection of fresh seafood which Zhoushan is famous for and arguably the best seafood in China.  This was my first stay in the hotel.  a minor issue with my air-conditioning was fixed incredibly quickly. would happily stay again"
