Everything was great. Nail view is amazing.

與預期相符，配套設施和價格成正比，比同個城市的另外一家酒店要好出很多。酒店照片忘拍了，衹能上傳幾張景點照片了。

性價比很高，也在尼羅河畔。房間有一個小陽台，可直接看着尼羅河。 早餐一般，好多菜都是保鮮膜包着的拿取很不方便。 服務倒是還不錯。大鐵門很安全

酒店和五星級的steigenberger緊挨在一起，標稱四星，實際僅相當於國內三星標準，300多的價格讓人多少感到不值，早餐選擇比較少，住的客人也不多，也有些歐洲窮人住。有自己的泳池，房間床品還算乾淨，環境也比較安靜，出門就是盧克索濱河主幹道，但是並不吵，離市中心有些遠，不過打車或者坐mini bus還算方便。前台付房費時付現金，美金尾數不找零，0.4美金按1美金再折埃鎊收，非常讓人不爽，差評。

挺好 環境很好

We had a great stay for 2 nights at Lotus hotel. We stayed in the triple occupancy room. Rooms are near and clean. Toiletries, Kettle with coffee/tea, Mini fridge etc present in room. The staff are polite and friendly. Pool was clean. Best part is the courtyard in the back with the pool, seating area and river view. Complementary breakfast was a good spread served 6 am to 10 am. Please note that hotel doesn't have a card machine. Accepts currency in EGP and foreign ones like USD.

We (our group) checked in for one night only unfortunately. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and we had a fantastic view of the Nile from our balcony. Breakfast the next day was a good spread of western and local dishes. Not sure if we were given an upgrade, but the size of the two rooms was impressive. The pool was clean and the view enchanting.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a dirtier hotel. The hotel itself is nicely decorated, staff were friendly and polite, the view is gorgeous and the location is pretty good. I normally think people sound dramatic for this type of review but I’ve uploaded pictures - I could feel the dirt under my feet in my socks, there was even cigarette ash on the floor and I could see a bunch of different footprints by the balcony door (including a bare foot). It was evident the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped for at least a couple of days. Beds were hard and not comfortable. It was also a fairly noisy sleep (some music outside, but mostly internal hotel noise) Additionally the safe, aircon, TV and wifi didn’t work. Granted we didn’t ask for help with these. The shower has dials outside of it, behind the toilet that you need to turn to get hot water, which no one tells you and there’s nothing to indicate that. Dinner was ok, but the hot breakfast was disgusting (and I’m not picky), the coffee was instant, the cold selection was fine. We were only there to sleep for a few hours as part of a tour, otherwise I absolutely would have moved - even if I had to pay again for somewhere else.

Worst night ever... dirty and disgusting rooms, bedding had blood on and someone else's hair... Air-conditioning terrible didn't cool room down at all, bathroom extractor fans blow black dust all over when turned on... floors dirty, lifts be very careful as a step out of them... no air flow in hotel very noisy... view was ok of the nile. Food in restaurant on night was lovely made to order but unfortunately do not order coffee early on the morning because they refuse to serve it stating it will take 20minutes to make... Unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel to anyone... Please do not stay here...

Dirty and falling apart hotel, the breakfast was horrible, the staff couldn't be less interested. We stayed here when we visited Luxor, I wish we never did. There are better places around. It is a shame as the hotel is in perfect location.
