"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated right on the Nile River and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Luxor Market. The highlight was definitely the view. I could relax and enjoy the scenery of the Nile and the Valley of the Kings from the sunbed at swimming pool. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars, and they even have Italian and Thai restaurants on-site. The security system is excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. As for the room, the bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and looked modern, though it features a shower-over-bath setup. This occasionally caused some water to splash into the dry zone. A small personal note: be careful with the bathtub faucet—I accidentally bumped my knee against it quite hard! Overall, however, the hotel is very clean and well-maintained."

"Sorry this review is so late – I completely forgot to write it with all the wedding rush! But I really want to say a huge thank you to the hotel for giving us such a wonderful honeymoon experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. To our surprise, you even prepared a delicious chocolate cake for us to celebrate our honeymoon – that was so thoughtful and made our trip even more special! A special shoutout to your amazing staff: Yassin was incredibly helpful and friendly, Abd Elnaby (who brought us the cake) was so warm and kind, and the lovely front desk girl with the long ponytail – she was absolutely charming and sweet. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We also want to thank the housekeeping team who decorated our room so beautifully – it was such a romantic and lovely touch, and we really appreciated it! We're so grateful for your hospitality and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Hope to come back again someday!"

Kualitas sarapannya buruk, variasinya cukup, tapi semua dibuat sesuai pola labu, tidak ada warna, wangi atau rasa. Kebersihan kurang baik, pembersihan dasar tidak bisa. Kamarnya besar sekali, seperti guest house kami tahun 1980-an, fasilitasnya sudah tua, banyak perabot yang tidak berguna, dan laci yang tidak bisa dibuka atau ditutup. Pelayanannya juga sangat lambat, hidangan di beberapa restoran di hotel sangat terbatas, dan rasanya sulit untuk dijelaskan. Daging panggang pada dasarnya terlalu matang, tidak berasa atau busuk. "Kami memesan suite pemandangan Sungai Nil untuk 3 orang. Reservasi menyatakan tempat tidur ganda dan tempat tidur tunggal. Di gambar, ada tempat tidur besar dan tempat tidur kembar. Harganya 2100. Kamar standar biasa hanya 600+. Kami adalah 3 orang dewasa. Dengan dua anak, pihak hotel meminta saya untuk menambah kamar dengan harga lebih dari 105 dolar. Saya bertanya apakah kami semua tinggal di suite, bisakah kamar 105 dolar ini kosong? Pihak hotel juga bilang tidak masalah. Saya tidak mengerti saat itu, tapi saya tetap membayar uangnya. Ketika Anda datang, Anda berharap ditipu. Alhasil, yang namanya suite yang kami datangi hanya ada 2 single bed, lebarnya hanya 1 meter. Apalagi tiga orang, tidak layak tidur di lingkungan ini untuk dua orang suite? , tidak ada sofa atau bahkan lemari di ruang tamu. Ini benar-benar pengaturan. Saya menghabiskan lebih dari 700 yuan untuk membeli kamar seperti suite dan mereka mengatakan perlakuan khusus, 🙄🙄 Hotelnya terlihat seperti ***a tahun 1980-an, mirip dengan adegan dari The Shining, seram sekali. Ada cermin di ujung koridor hotel. Saya tidak akan menjelaskannya secara detail tidak bisa berhenti mengeluh."
