The hotel has everything you want — excellent and friendly staffs, even the cleaning ladies were so polite and put in excellent work. Clean room, excellent location next to major attractions and subway station. Very delicious restaurants nearby 一间性价比非常高的酒店。大推。非常友善的服务

Super lovely place with many good places nearby (food, shopping, and sightseeing). On-site 汉服 makeup and clothing available and staying at the hotel allows for discount, highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is ideal, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was very lovely and clean, with a stunning view on the roof terrasse!

Hotel uses diatomite floor mat as the toilet floor mat, it was extremely gross. When we checked in, the mat was still soaking wet. Staff were unable to change the mat for us. We booked 2 non-smoking room but was given 1 smoking room. Informed the hotel staff but they claimed that they did not receive such note on their end despite Trip page showing as non smoking. They were unable to change our room as they were fully booked. We booked this hotel because it has washing machine. But pls look at the picture attached, the washing machine is located at one corner of the common toilet and it was dirty. We did not use the washing machine in the end. They only good thing about this hotel is their location, it is just a 5mins walk to the metro station.

The place is A MUST for ppl who love to wear hanfu chinese dress, because it’s nearby Yingtianmen and Liningmen less than 1 km by walk and full of hanfu dressing shop. The room is quite big and the environment around hotel is so good! There ‘s also teashop close to the hotel!

Couldn’t have ask for a better location. Right beside the famous Gates and Palaces. Transport is convenient with a main bus stop right outside. Metro is also a short distance away. Reception was very friendly and helpful. However, TV wasn’t working properly in my room. It’s Winter and it’s cold, I think the heating in the room could be better. All in all, a really nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Moxy YiShu Cultural district in Xian last week. Design of the hotel is a step forward from 'old school' & is full of vitality. Its central location right next to the Bell Tower is so convenient to visitors. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Joy from the front desk took us to the bus stop after work to ensure that we could find our way the subsequent morning. Her colleagues at the front desk working the morning shift are equally helpful in working out WeChat payments with us. The team really made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend Moxy to anyone visiting Xian.

Very average hotel. Walls were almost wet. Not really recommended

Close to the pagode, even with a view at it. Staff helped me to call a taxi. Rooms ate clean and nice.

Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.
