Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. Stay here for 5 nights. The location was great, it's just beside a main road and a food street/night market just opposite it. My room was clean and big, everything is in order. Room was on higher floor (8018) and facing rear view with a magnificent view of “Luoyang Broadcast Tower” which will lit up at night. There are room for improvement for the restaurant's facilities and service. Breakfast is typical China meals, but not much variety for selection, as well as the afternoon tea. Overall, it was a great hotel.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Yingtianmen subway station. It is convenient to get to the city attractions. It takes about half an hour to get a taxi to the White Horse Temple and Longmen Grottoes. It is convenient to travel. The hotel lobby provides many routes to scenic spots, which can be picked up if needed. There are many places to eat near the hotel. If you want to taste the local characteristics, there are Lao Luoyang Noodle House and Heji Shabu-shabu Beef Tripe. The Yanjiangnan next to the hotel is also delicious. There is also a souvenir shop opposite the hotel. It is very convenient to eat and buy souvenirs. There are not many breakfast restaurants and not many food varieties. The room is relatively spacious, but the setting of the toilet and bathroom is a bit unreasonable. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the service is in place, and souvenirs are given when checking out. Overall, the stay experience is quite satisfactory.

Room a bit small as there's limited space to open big luggage suitcase. Room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to tourist attractions in the old town area and easy to go around the other places of interest Vis public transportation. Breakfast is buffet with local and western choices. Friendly staff. Would come back again.

The service is warm and thoughtful, the facilities are brand new and complete, and the room is spotless. The location in the city center is super convenient, at the gate of Luoyi Ancient City, the breakfast is freshly cooked wontons with a fragrant aroma, and the mattress is just the right hardness to fall asleep in seconds! The cleaning lady changes the flowers every day, the smart toilet is super considerate, the king of cost-effectiveness

Amazing, perfect!! Stayed here for 6 nights with my aunt on a holiday to Luo Yang. We initially booked for 3 nights but extended further when we arrived. Everything was amazing - the hosts are very warm and helpful, room is modern and clean, amazing breakfast included, beautiful view over the river. The location is perfect - a short walk to the old town, a little quieter oasis away from the crowds and easier to get taxis to other sites and museums. The hotel helped us to book a one day trip to Lao Jun mountain, the travel agency was organized and everything went very smoothly- we had a great time! Some very nice extra touches like snacks in the room, daily cleaning service and hanfu clothing you can wear around town - included in the room. Would highly recommend!!!

Luoyang International Hotel is worthy of the old five-star rating: 1. Environment: It was renovated last year, and the combination of modern simplicity and regional culture is appropriate. The room has wireless charging, electric curtain welcome mode, fully automatic air purifier, wet and dry separation smart toilet in the bathroom, etc., which are very comfortable; the public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and swimming pool are designed with cultural heritage and style. 2. Breakfast: The dining area is spacious and transparent, and the Chinese + Western food is rich in variety and high in quality. There are absolutely no added fresh juices, Japanese sushi rice balls, ice cream, and more than a dozen Western desserts, etc.... These buffet breakfasts are not enough to make you full and eat well. The restaurant service staff also actively informs guests that if they go out to play, they can pack food and drinks, and bring you a packing box... It's really pampering guests at all costs! 3. Service: From the etiquette staff who welcome guests, to the front desk staff who check in, to the restaurant waiters, every move shows professionalism, enthusiasm and discretion, caring but not excessively disturbing, which makes people feel comfortable. A few flaws: 1. The pool water temperature, environment, supplies, drinks and towels are all very good, but the shower room in the pool has a problem with poor drainage - I changed 3 flushing positions in a row, and there was water accumulation, and the blocked hair floated up and floated everywhere, which was a bit disappointing. 2. During non-travel peak periods + weekdays, the accommodation price is a bit expensive.

The service provided by Ms Zhang was excellent. She was very helpful in answering our queries and giving suggestions on where to go. The hotel beds are very comfortable and clean. Having a laundry room is an added bonus for leisure travellers on a long trip. Though the hotel is not near any metro, getting around to various sites is easy with Didi. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and a little far from the old town, about 30 minutes by taxi. The facilities are very new, the service is thoughtful, there are fruits, snacks, and milk for free in the evening, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there are cars to pick up and drop off when arriving and leaving. The overall feeling is good and worth staying.
