環境：酒店外部環境不錯，但是房間內部感覺有點陰森，配置的墻紙像上世紀
早餐：水果很豐富
位置：離火車站不到10分鐘路程
槽點：電梯設計的不合理，1樓居然沒辦法坐電梯，要拎行李上樓

Замечательный отель в нескольких минутах ходьбы от вокзала. Красивая зеленая территория с пальмами и чудесный открытый бассейн. Разнообразный завтрак. В следующий раз остановлюсь в нём же.

I spent two nights here 21st to 23rd of April. I booked a single room which is a real treat as not many hotels have these. This enables solo travellers like me (on this occasion) to get better value for money. Room 63 was small but perfect. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely view over the park/garden - see photo. The breakfast is pretty comprehensive and the service is polite and swift. Happy Hour in the bar was very good and I also had the unexpected pleasure of being able to listen to a recital on the second night. This was by Galina Vracheva (piano) and Anna Schweinberger (violin) and was complimentary. In the company of other guests, I listened to some amazing playing. What a treat! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

I am sure this hotel was once lovely, however its position is now blighted by the train station which is literally by its front door, the noise is very intrusive and the whole hotel felt it was past it's prime. We were in the main hotel but the rooms were poky, hardly room to move, no-where to put your suitcases, a view of a brick wall, ripped curtains, no toiletries to speak of and no water provided or any facilities at all, you could not make a coffee and there were not even cups to put your own water in. The towels were tiny, thin as paper and scratchy, probably the worst towels in a hotel I have ever come across! The food in the restaurant was good, breakfasts had ample choice for everyone. Staff very friendly, which was it's only saving grace, but there are better places to stay- we would not recommend.

The annex deserves between 1 and 2 stars maximum. We enjoyed the park restaurant. The breakfast is nice. The room in the annex was very small, the bathroom unfriendly. No soap was provided. Nothing much to write home about. It is close to the railway station.

We booked for a week's holiday on relatively short notice and were extremely satisfied with the hotel, its location and its friendly staff. Although a bit old style, the whole hotel is in excellent condition and has a lot of charm. Our twin-bed room was perfect with a stunning view to the garden and the own vineyard. Thanks to this, we did not hear the railways that are only a hundred meters away from the lake side. A big asset of the hotel is its location only some 250m from the main railway station. In addition, we were offered the free TICINO TICKET, which allows for free public transport in the whole Canton Ticino. Plus 20 to 50% discount on many other transport systems, museums, etc. Excellent breakfast with a big selection of cold and hot food. Very friendly staff in restaurant & bar. Free car park!

I am reviewing the Annex of this hotel as we were not able to stay in the main hotel (I guess it was full). The actual hotel seems beautiful and has character. However the Annex is a dud. Absolutely nothing to it, very simple rooms which sort of smell musty. I wish we had the opportunity to stay in the main hotel, we did have breakfast in the main hotel and it was very nice. The grounds and the pool seem really nice too.

Beautiful place and larger than normal rooms ,
We did not realize that this hotel is literally 100 feet off the main train station and with working air condition, we tried to sleep with the windows open . Our bed shook all night long and not in a good way . Great location and views but no sleep

Excellent hotel in a nice location in Lugano. We chose a Superior Deluxe room on the 3rd floor and it was very nice with lake views and comfortable bed. Wifi worked well and we were very pleased with the room. Good breakfast and a very nice restaurant on site. Cocktail bar served excellent cocktails and the bar tender was superb with some excellent recommendations. Happy Hour was good. We were aware there may be train noise but that was fine with the windows closed. Reception and all staff were very friendly. Overall a very nice experience.
