"I saw that the hotel was new and wanted to try it out. The advertising was really good, but after staying one night, there were so many complaints... As soon as I lay down, I smelled something strange under the pillow and on the duvet – like dampness or formaldehyde? I could vaguely smell it while sleeping, and it was really unpleasant. And why were there bugs? I found small bugs under the pillow, on the nightstand, and on the floor. The one under the pillow was even crawling... I just thought I'd try to sleep it off... Then, on a Saturday morning around 9 AM, the sound of a drill started. How was I supposed to sleep? I was initially happy they sent me fruit, but the fruit wasn't fresh. There was a hole in the orange. It would have been better if they hadn't sent any at all! I don't know if it's because no one has stayed here for a long time, but there was so much dust... The nightstand had a lot of dust; my hand was covered in it when I picked something up... Even the hairdryer box had a layer of dust on top... I casually checked the towel and found fine hairs on it... I really wouldn't dare to experience this again..."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I thought a small-town hotel would be pretty average. It's a modest-looking place, but the lobby, though small, felt really comfortable with its free tea and sofas. The staff were very service-oriented and responded quickly to my questions, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, and the facilities were new, clean, and comfortable. What really surprised me was the quality of the disposable items, like the tea bags, toothbrushes, and slippers – they were all quite good! Even the mouthwash cups were color-coded for distinction. They really paid attention to the details. The service was up to star-rated hotel standards. Highly recommended!"

"The location is decent, right at an intersection. However, the facilities are quite run-down. The room is tiny, and even though there's a balcony, it's very dirty with a lot of cigarette butts. There was all sorts of trash wedged in the sliding door cracks of the bathroom. The elevator area smelled awful. There's no dedicated parking; you just park in front, and if it's full, you're on your own to find a spot. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent; the staff tried their best to help us arrange parking. For this price, it's not particularly cheap in this small town, and the overall stay experience definitely needs improvement."

The lobby looks shabby, and the front desk staff are more like those who collect protection money on the street than hotel receptionists. Both the elevators and rooms have a strong smell of smoke. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel."

"I came here based on good reviews, but honestly, I feel scammed. I can't believe a five-star hotel could have such poor hygiene. The duvet had obvious dirty stains, and the toilet remote had an unidentifiable red mark – I didn't dare use it. It's hard to understand how the staff could miss such obvious hygiene issues. It was late, and I didn't want the hassle, so I just slept one night and checked out first thing in the morning. I didn't even feel like having breakfast. This hotel is all hype and no substance; I definitely won't be returning. Also, there was a strong smell coming from the two bedside tables when I was sleeping."

"Facilities: Just okay. The description said the room was quite large, but once inside, it wasn't that big. However, the bed was big enough for a family of three to sleep comfortably. The sink was inside the room, not in the bathroom, so you had to be very careful when using water to avoid splashing on the floor and slipping. Cleanliness: The room was actually quite clean. Environment: This hotel is actually in a building right by the road. Even though our room had a balcony, when you opened the curtains, all you saw were the words of a billboard. It would be even more glaring if you left the curtains open at night."
