"Who manipulated the reviews? I suggest anyone considering staying here check out the rooms first. Although Luding isn't big, a four-star hotel should at least have a decent living room, right? First, the room was tiny, probably because it was the last room available. There were no clothes racks or bathrobes, and there was a cigarette butt in the shower (I didn't take a picture because I was too tired). Second, the breakfast was terrible. For over 300 yuan a night, the breakfast was pitifully small, practically nothing to eat. Shouldn't you compare it to other four-star hotels? Is this the standard? Third, the bed was quite comfortable, but not very clean. There was hair. Hopefully, you'll see some improvements after seeing this. I really don't trust Ctrip anymore. What a piece of junk! This hotel is completely not worth it…"

"The location is about a 10 minute or so drive from the main town and the visitor center for the glacier. It can be difficult or impossible to call a taxi if you go during the low season, so you may need to ask the hotel to call a taxi for you (30rmb I think). The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional gardens. They have a small restaurant onsite offering chinese meals at reasonable prices, including local specialties and more classic dishes like egg fried rice. Breakfast is mostly western-style. The butler service is quite comprehensive. They kept coming knocking on the door over and over to deliver fresh fragrant flowers, very tasty ripe fruits, and at night they brought sweet snow fungus soup. They also provided laundry service, including washing and drying your clothes for you. At night they offered tea and sweet potatoes around a fire. My room had a private hot spring, which was quite large and very comfortable, although the water would only turn on in the evenings, around 6pm or so. Before that time, there wouldn't be any water, so it couldn't be used. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, including staff literally giving me their own hats and jackets when they saw I didn't bring my own. This place is worth staying in for the precious hot spring water, attentive service and beautiful courtyard gardens."

Although the hotel is newly opened, there was no unpleasant smell at all, and all the facilities are smart and very convenient to use. You can see the beautiful sunrise over the mountains from your bed, and you can also take photos from the rooftop – a rare treat. The owner was especially welcoming, not only helping us with our luggage upstairs but also personally coming into our room to explain the room's features and the best angle for watching the sunrise the next morning. He promptly met our requests. Our room didn't include breakfast, but the owner gave it to us for free, for which we are very grateful. Next time I visit Hailuogou, I will definitely choose this hotel again."

"We were five people who drove by ourselves and ordered two rooms (triple room + double bed room). The boss was very enthusiastic and served us very attentively. "I checked into the hotel on the evening of January 31st. My room was on the second floor, near the air conditioner unit, and the noise from the unit was quite loud, severely affecting my rest. Since I had already used the room, I couldn't request a change, resulting in noise disturbance all night. I hope the hotel can be more attentive in room allocation to avoid similar situations. The hotel customer service clearly stated that breakfast would be served from 7:00 AM, and this was confirmed repeatedly. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 AM the next day, breakfast was not yet ready. Only one chef was busy, while the other staff were idle, even making noise at the restaurant reception, disrupting the dining atmosphere. I hope the hotel will strengthen the sense of responsibility and service awareness of its staff to ensure breakfast is served on time and to provide guests with a good dining experience. When I tried to check out at 7:50 AM, the front desk was unattended, and the lobby was empty. Because I was in a hurry, I had to leave my room key next to the computer at the front desk. I hope the hotel will rationally allocate front desk staff to avoid guests encountering situations where no one is there to assist them upon check-out. The parking lot exit gate was unattended, preventing vehicles from leaving normally. Ultimately, the passenger had to park the car back in the crowded parking space and search for staff to resolve the issue. Finally, a cleaning lady helped wake up the front desk staff, and only after entering the license plate number could the passenger leave. It is hoped that the hotel will strengthen its parking lot management and ensure that there are dedicated personnel on duty at the entrance to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to guests. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the exterior is also aesthetically pleasing, but there are some issues with service quality and internal management. It is hoped that the hotel management will pay attention to these issues, strengthen systematic training for employees, improve their service awareness and sense of responsibility, and optimize internal management processes to provide higher quality and more efficient service and enhance the overall guest experience."
