Location, food, ambience and hospitality was exceptional. Managing staff was very helpful and co-operative. Only the decoration part and the services of the decoration staff was not up-to the park or rather lackadaisical. Internal conditions of the rooms require some rejuvenation. Bathroom doors of the suite is defective and needs urgent renewal

Managing staff and hotel staff under Mr Deepak Shukla was very helpful . Full marks to Mr Deepak Shukla for overall services. Food was very good and sumptuous. Rates were also quite reasonable and budget friendly. Rooms require some renovation.

A good hotel where I have stayed twice for 14 days and 18 days, but, 2 years apart. Earlier in 2020, it was a new hotel with few problems but the staff and the Head of the Departments were good and would make you comfortable in the existing scenarios. Now, the last time visit was full of pleasure. The restaurant got better, the housekeeping got better, the basement parking got better and the whole experience was better. They even got Lord Of The Drinks on their terrace. Overall, a good stay. Will definitely return.

The rooms were excellent. The staff was very polite. Our every request was fulfilled with utmost priority. The event organization was very structured and planned. The waiters were attending our guest very sincerely. I would recommend 'The Regnant' for any upcoming events.

Exceptional experience! Our 2-day family function was flawless, with impeccable decor, delicious food, prompt service, luxurious rooms, and incredibly helpful staff. Kudos to the staff and everyone on the organising end. All the events were at seperate venues and each venue helped us see through the events very well! Highly recommended! 5/5 stars.

Very pathetic Dinner and No service in restaurant. In this Hotel we have booked 7 rooms with MAP Plan and we were told, there will be buffet breakfast and buffet Dinner. To our surprise in Dinner set menu buffet dinner which we usually get in 2 star highway hotels. Veg manchow soup Aloo gobi Paneer Dal makhani Steam rice Chicken curry Roti naan Gulabjamun Salad Papad Raita Here no live counter , no starter , no another option of soup , only punjabi food , no other cuisine like noodles / baked dish / Italian options. There was no spread / options for desserts, no starter at all. There was only green salad , one plate per a table of five pax, no salad buffet spread , no dressings for salad in buffet dinner. On many requests they served a one portion of starter to be shared between 15 pax group. On table of five pax they give 2 glass of water. You have to ask waiters to provide extra glass of waters. You ask for papad , it will be served after 15-20 mins , once you finish your dinner. Very unprofessional management team and F & B staff. Staff and manager will talk rudely with you , they believe you are visiting first time in a luxury hotel and you have never tried a buffet dinner in your lifetime. They confirmed that , this is their routine and standard menu for buffet dinner. Don’t expect more from this hotel. Avoid food and MAP Plan at this hotel. Buffet spread was in a small trolly , looks very cheap for this level hotel. If they can not manage or give service to 15 pax group , don’t expect much for 1-2 family booking.
